Spacious modern house with spa - 5min by bike to the wild Jaunay beach

For your holidays with family or friends, we offer our spacious and modern wooden house, which will be enhanced this winter by a terrace and a master suite with sea views. With an area of 110m² on a closed ground of 400 m², it offers a bucolic view over several hectares of meadows and the dunes.

Its ideal location makes it possible to do everything by bike on secure bike paths: beach at 1200m (5 min) downtown 2.5 km (12 min), hypermarket 1.5 km, Aldi 700m.

A spa 6 people covered will allow you to enjoy moments of well-being whatever the time or time of day.

The House :
A large main room of 46m ² can be found all around the large table (2.10m) or lounging in the living room (1 corner sofa, 1 sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen 108cm + box wi-fi ). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, a microwave, 4 gas burners, an oven, a dishwasher.

Night side, 3 bedrooms of 12m² each with a large closet / wardrobe.
- 2 bedrooms with 160x200 bed and mattress springs + foam or natural latex
 - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 floor equipped with foam mattresses

In February 2020, upstairs a 1 suite with 1 bed 160 * 200, shower + basin and a terrace with garden furniture all sea view.

Ability to add an umbrella bed in a room, baby equipment can be provided.

Comfort option: sheets provided, beds made on your arrival (10 € / bed)
Option all comfort: sheets provided, beds made on your arrival + towels provided (15 € / pers)

Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the terrace, a large table allows sharing meals to 12 people. Barbecue / gas griddle
4 sun loungers for lounging.

2 adult bikes and plenty of games for all ages are available for free.

Non smoking house, pets are not allowed

Saint Gilles Cross of Life:
Saint Gilles is an authentic family resort with an active fishing port and fish market (one of the last open to the public), 2100 hours of annual sunshine (like Carcassonne), a beautiful wild coast and large sandy beaches. Accessible by train from Nantes, it is the ideal starting point to the islands of Yeu (45mn by boat) and Noirmoutier (30mn by road) and to the Grand Park Puy du Fou (1h) or Les Sables d 'Olonne (30mn)
You will also find 5 markets per week, a cinema 5 rooms, a casino, a water fun center and a unique indoor wave in France for the practice of surfing.

De superbes vacances dans une maison très agréable. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et les volumes de la maison nous ont permis d'avoir chacun notre espace. La maison est bien équipée. Nous étions 2 familles avec 2 enfants chacune, la maison est largement adaptée pour se retrouver en famille : nombreuses chambres, grand salon/séjour, terrasse extérieure ...tout est fait pour y passer un bon séjour grâce aux nombreux équipements (cuisine et extérieur). Un vrai plus les vélos mis à disposition permettant tout aussi bien d'aller chercher son pain que d'accéder aux nombreuses plages et de visiter les environs via les pistes cyclables. Le spa pour les adultes une fois les enfants couchés est top. Les propriétaires font tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable....adresse qu'on recommande !
