This is such a great split floor plan! The master suite has a king size bed, sofa sleeper and treadmill. Two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house, with the living, kitchen and game rooms in the middle. The Casita is detached and has a private entrance. It features a king size bed, full private bath and large closet. This home is nestled in the Talon Golf Course Community with the golf course all around. There are also trails for walking/riding and you can easily bicycle to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is fully loaded with all the household items you could want to make your self at home whether you are cooking a light meal or having a large dinner. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, linens, bath towels, and pool towels are also provided. Outdoors you will find a basketball court, putting green, hot tub, pool, BBQ, Bicycles, and patio all for guest use! Your own private resort.

Transit:

You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient. Just minutes from shopping and dining, golf courses surround the area. A couple of minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head south to the Casino`s, Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining corridors and Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and great bars and restaurants. This is also very close to several hiking trails. The Gateway loop and others are within five minutes by car. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 30-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic.

Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Guest registration required - Name of each Adult guest required for gate. Guard Gated Community.

Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am Please be considerate of our neighbors.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.

Children must be supervised at all times. Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.

Pool heat is an additional charge, $50 per night, contact host to arrange.

Do not remove pool fence without permission, $150 charge to take down.

DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.

No Smoking Allowed.

No Parking in the street.

BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.

Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.

The entire home and casita are all for your use. The main home home consisting of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, family living room, dining room, game room (kid room), detached Casita with one bedroom and bathroom, the entire yard with basketball court, putting green, hot tub, pool, BBQ, Bicycles, and patio are all for guest use! Your own private resort.

This is a guard gated community and ALL guests must be registered at the guard gate.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.

Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.
