1174 Sqft first floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a nice kitchen full condo in the beautiful Shorewalk community.

Within very short walking distance to movies, groceries ,shopping and dining

This condo is about 9 miles from Sarasota airport and about 13 miles from downtown Sarasota,

about 6.8miles from the Bradenton Beach , about 10 miles from Anna Maria Island

Less than 1 mile to the big gate of the IMG academy

We provide guests with beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use

We provide full set of Washer and dryer in the condo for guests to use

In this unit, you will find 2 bedrooms with 4 beds ( 1 king size and 1 twin XL bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom) and 2 bathrooms, of which a parental continuation with dressing room.

The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwaves, refrigerator, toaster, Coffee maker ...) with the dishes for 5 people.

The kitchen goes on on a corner to have breakfast, and the living room opens on a patio in front of a pond 。

The accommodation has the air-conditioning ,WiFi access is provided.

We provide normal soft pillows, mattresses and bed sheets. We have different softness pillows placed in the closet to meet the needs of different guests.

We do the top to bottom cleaning between every guests.

We change and clean up all the bed sheets ，pillow cases , comforters and towels totally between guests.

We provide Spectrum for all the cable TV and WiFi

Just returned from our second stay at this lovely condo. We love how clean and nicely decorated it is. Excellent location to all amenities. Short drive to beaches. The pools, tennis/pickle ball courts are a very short walk from condo.Hope to return again next year!Thanks Becky!

Absolutely stunning condo. Very clean and so comfortable. Lovely beach feel and so well stocked with everything you need. Best condo we’ve rented in Shorewalk. Thanks again for 2 amazing and helpful hosts- can straight out to fix a small issue too.

Beautiful condo

A beautiful condo! Very clean, nicely decorated and excellent location! The property is lovely and close to all amenities. Publix is a short walk from condo. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. They provided beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella etc-which is a nice feature. Owners responded immediately to a quick question we had upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo. Looking forward to returning!

We can’t say enough great things about this condo. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and stalked so well with all essentials. The hosts were extremely responsive within 30 mins. The location was very central for travelling either to Sarasota to Anna Maria island. We were so saddened that it wasn’t available for next year We highly recommend this property

Amazing condo

Becky was a great host. Easy to communicate with and very quick responses for any questions. Condo was excellent, had everything we could possibly need, very clean and many extras! We were there for an event at IMG Academy and the location of the condo was very convenient being a few minutes down the road. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby so it was very easy to get around. The Shorewalk Community was great and had plenty of activities to keep teens busy when there were no games. We will definitely be back for any events at IMG or in the Bradenton area. Thank you Becky!

We enjoyed our month at Shorewalk...did lots of walking and enjoyed the warmer weather., The big disappointment was the dishwasher...there was an issue preventing the door from fully opening and it required some dexterity to get dishes in and out with the door open only partway. All else was as indicated in literature or photos.

The door of this dishwasher can be easily fully opened Yes, I also took a picture when it was fully opened, I hope I can attach it here, but there is no photo that can be added here.
