Our air-conditioned duplex T3 / 6 pers is located in a residence with swimming pool 400m from the beach of the Gulf of Lozari. Shops: supermarket, bakery, tobacco / press and restaurants are 100m away. The apartment has: master bedroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor, sofa bed for 2 people, living room with fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment , ...), bathroom with bath and WC, terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, free on-site parking, wifi, TV, baby bed, baby chair and BBQ free. Sheets and towels optional on reservation, cleaning compulsory € 70, secure key box for late arrival.
