The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Pet Fees

Dogs under 40 lbs: $25.00 per day

Dogs over 40 lbs: $40.00 per day

One-time cleaning fee: $35.00 per stay (covers additional cleaning inside the cottage)

Please note: Yard cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner and is not included in the cleaning fee.

Important: To help us maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, dogs are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture that requires additional cleaning or replacement, the $300 pet deposit will be forfeited.
