This fully renovated 100 year old home includes, three King-sized sleep number beds and two twin-sized trundle beds. It includes a fully equipped kitchen that connects to a cozy living room. Off of the living room is a spacious dining room that seats 10. A full sized High Efficiency washer and dryer makes your stay more like home. Relax on the front porch with a cold drink after a fun day on the River. You are also only blocks from Wurstfest and historic downtown

Fantastic location to float the river, walking distance to tube rental or just sit in the river if you want. The house is a great layout for 4 couples to stay. Beds are a bit firm, that's the only negative. Great property for floating the river.

Our group had a great stay in New Braunfels! This house was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend floating the river and exploring downtown. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Texas Tubes and just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops downtown.One of our favorite spots was the front porch. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the rocking chairs, and the cornhole setup in the front yard was a fun bonus. The parking area in the back was also very convenient. A couple of details that may be helpful for future guests: while the house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the bathrooms are all en suite and attached to three of the bedrooms. That means one bedroom doesn't have its own bathroom, and there isn't a separate hall or common bathroom. Also, the twin-bed room each have trundle beds that can be raised to the same height as the daybeds, which worked out great for extra sleeping space.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for groups looking for a comfortable, well-located place to enjoy New Braunfels.

Great Location!!!

We loved this house!!! It was the perfect place for both families. The location of the place is walking distance to Texas Tubes and downtown New Braunfels.

Best place to stay on the Comal River

This is hand down the best place to stay on the Comal River. The house is great for a large group, the location is as good as it gets. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Best location in a quiet neighborhood but everything is walkable. We even walked to Schlitterbahn. The house was clean and well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Our grandchildren are the 6th generation of our family in the New Braunfels area. We purchased this house in 2011 and have restored it from the ground up. We tried to keep most of the original feel of the over 100 year old home but with new features as well.

What makes this property unique

2 river outfitters right across the street. The Comal River is a football field away. You can walk to historic downtown New Braunfels. Very short drive to historic Gruene as well.
