Blue Lynx light rail line provides transportation around the city, including uptown, North Davidson (NoDa) area, South Charlotte, and UNCC. High speed fiber internet for business professionals! Guest will have access to our movie collection through Plex app or you can sign on onto your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other popular smart TV apps using your account.

Although we do allow children, the house is not child proof, so please plan accordingly. Pack n Play with changing table master walk-in closest available for use. Bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs.

Guests will have access to the entire house, however, each bedroom has an auto locking keypad for privacy and guests will be given codes to each bedroom depending on how much accommodation is needed. For example, if only 1 couple or person is staying at the house, the master bedroom will be available for use and the other 3 bedrooms will not be accessible.

House is on a corner lot. Driveway has 4 parking spaces. Street parking is also available in the front and on the side of the house. The driveway is steep.

This is our home, so please respect it and take care of it when you are there. If there are any damages when you arrive or during your stay, let me know immediately. I live close by, so if time allows, I will stop by to meet you.

RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO WITH RESERVATION

Check-out time: 11 AM Check-in time: 4PM
*NO PETS- If you bring pet(s)-$200 charge per pet/day, reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. This is to respect guests with allergies.
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval-$50 charge per guest/day unregistered guests.
*NO SMOKING inside home or on premises-$250 charge for rental of ozone machine to get rid of smoke odor
*No Late check-out without prior approval- $150 charge guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean
*No parking on the grass.
*Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues.
*3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund.
*If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking.
*Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.
*Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS § 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property).
*Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
*Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
*Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested. *Guests will have access to the entire house, except for host's closets and garage.
*Use black make-up towels to remove make-up instead of white towels.

*Place trash in black bin located on the right side of the house as you exit through the deck.
*Green bin is for recycling.
*Trash and recycling pick up is on Monday.
*Take trash bin and recycling bin to the street on Sunday evening.
*Take bins up to the side of the house after pick-up on Monday or the city will fine us.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

*Please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with soap.
*Start normal cycle (this will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests).
*Put dirty towels in bin labeled dirty laundry.
*Put items back to their original place.
*Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) are clean before putting them back.
*Wash dishes that you use. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start washing on your last day.
*Take out all trash and put black bin located on the right side of the house as you exit through the deck.
*Tidy up before departure.
*Extra cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is needed.
