Beach towels, Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella - PLUS 4 beach badges (to be returned). No Pets or Smoking. No groups permitted.

Fun stay in Bradley Beach!!

Great flexibility, amazing location, awesome parking, well stocked, thoughtful hostess!! The house was so cutely decorated. Beds and linens were comfy and well stocked. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had all the gadgets and supplies to prepare awesome meals. Super fun beach toys, chairs, boogie boards!! Hostess was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and lots of space to put personal belongings. Wfi worked well. Hostess was so nice left sweet treats for us upon arrival and had basics stocked in frig and pantry. Had a small Issue with beach badges that was quickly resolved and initiated by our hostess. Above and beyond customer service!! Loved the house, the location and the trip. Close to shops, boardwalk, and dining. Would definitely rent again!! Highly recommend!!

Bridgefest stay at Bradley Beach.

This is a lovely, cozy home with great views. We enjoyed the full deck outside and the patio in the back. The check-in was hard at 5pm, felt like we lost a whole day at beach and trying to get there during rush hour.....

Cindy - I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I have listed the check in time at 5:00 PM to be on the safe side as the house needs to be inspected after each rental and the cleaning service needs to arrive between rentals. If I can accommodate an earlier check in I do. Thanks again!

Hi - I bought this house back in the fall of 2018. It was my dream ever since I was a little girl to own a beach house. After several months of renovating it, it is finally ready to be ready to rent. I love it! Especially the location, 1 block from the ocean and across from a lake.

Why they chose this property

Very unique location, not many places at the Jersey Shore where you can have an entire house one beach block and across from a lake.

What makes this property unique

Location, and the house had a wonderful deck and a backyard patio with beautiful plants. There is ample outdoor furniture with cushions. There are deck boxes to store the cushions. There are umbrellas both in the backyard and on the deck. 2 cars can fit in the driveway. NO ACCESS to Garage unless there is an emergency (electrical box is in garage).

House has a semi finished basement with two comfy chairs and a sofa and TV. There is a full bath in the basement as well.

Two cars can fit in the driveway. Free street parking for others.
