The Apartment is located in, La Aldea de San Nicolas de Tolentino. Located to the Northwest on the Island of Gran Canaria.
Decorated in a very simple way, which makes it very pleasant and comfortable for the enjoyment and rest of your well-deserved vacation in our community.
Located in a natural environment, free from all the hustle and bustle, where you can enjoy the sun, life, surrounded by nature, the beach, tranquility and relaxation as we wish to do every day.

The strategic location of the apartment, with wonderful views of the sea and the bay, make it possible to observe impressive sunsets.

Observe El Teide in our neighboring island of Tenerife. Practice and enjoy rural walks, make visits to the ancient prehistoric settlements, located near the apartment or if you want you can go hiking locally.

It has an area of 76 Mts2 built, where 20 Mts2, are distributed on a magnificent terrace, with views of the sea. Decorated with seasonal flowers and with some small details, which will make your choice and your stay more pleasant.

Our penthouse consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room, a fully installed bathroom with a washing machine plus a hydromassage shower with service towels and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the Terrace that we have already mentioned. You can also use the two sofas located in the living-dining room, convertible into two double or single beds, which makes it available for 4 passengers. We also offer you the possibility, if you request it with time to install, a baby bed so you can enjoy your rest with the family comforts without tripping.

BATHROOM:
Furnished with a simple sink in a modern style, a hydromassage shower that allows you to enjoy relaxation after a day of hard walking. You will also find a washing machine, service towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

THE KITCHEN:
It is fully equipped. We have; Combo fridge, Kitchen, Oven, Microwave oven, Coffee maker and Water Heater, complete cutlery with a variety of knives and small kitchen utensils, such as potato peeler, apple peeler, tea-making utensils, garlic chopper, etc.

THE SALON:
Equipped with a practical extendable table, with 4 wooden chairs, in addition to a small fridge that you can use as a Mini-Bar. All these details give a warm and cozy atmosphere to the house.
The Hall has: TV, DVD Player, Radio, Literature in English / Spanish, and some DVD movies in case the weather is not good.

THE TERRACE:
You can enjoy a private terrace of approx 20 m2, with a great view of the sea and the mountains. Equipped with a garden table with semi-circular benches, where we also have a very large practical parasol. We also have 2 comfortable garden or beach chairs in addition to a great BBQ, where you can enjoy exquisite grilled meat or fish, at the same time you can enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and also the characteristic attraction of the neighboring island: EL TEIDE, where on clear nights you can see from the terrace the lights and illuminations of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

If you like to be part of the local history, there are in the vicinity of the apartment, various Pre-Hispanic Settlements that you can observe and visit, learning about the life of the ancient local people.
Currently, in the old hostel, located, in front of the apartment, adaptation and construction works are being carried out, of what will be in the future, an Ethnographic Museum that will be inaugurated very soon.

The Apartment is located in the municipality of San Nicolas de Tolentino - on the Island of Gran Canaria, just 92 km from the airport in the south or just 65 km from the capital, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in the north, C / Carretera de Los Caserones Nº: 18-2º C - CP: 35479 San Nicolas de Tolentino, located on the same Carretera General, in front of the current Ethnographic Museum, in the direction of the pier and very close to bars, restaurants, and access to the small fishing port and the beach.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Thanks to new 3G technologies, we have put into service a Broadband connection in our apartment, with which you can surf the internet.
You can have and enjoy this additional service next to your accommodation, requesting the individual and personal password to access the network.

SCUBA DIVING / HIKING
Very recently it was incorporated, an important collaboration to our vacation offer, which we want to highlight and offer to all of you. We will be expanding more details.

You just have to arrive with your own luggage, you will have the comforts at your disposal in our apartment and very close, you will find what is necessary in the supermarkets in the area, as well as Bars and Restaurants that we recommend in our section of where to eat in the Village.
We will try to make you feel at home, we will surprise you, with some small details upon arrival, very particular of our service, so that you feel like returning very soon.
