Located on the lower level of Residencia Monseñor. This apartment is ideal choice for someone who like to enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views. The apartment is close to very popular beach Amadores and 5 mins by car from Puerto Rico.
Bus stop and taxi 200 meters from complex. Free car park next to the apartment.
Monseñor is a residential community. We love peace and parties are not allowed in the apartments. Kindly respect your neighbors and avoid loud music, loud chatting on the terrace and moving furniture around (especially after 10pm. For clubbers and people who would like to party, Playa del Cura is next to Puerto Rico which is one of the most popular places for nightlife.

Just returned from a very enjoyable week, everything was as described and the pictures are a good representation of the property. Our particular favourite was the extensive balcony, which not only had wonderful views but also had a couple of sun beds. We whiled away many an hour here as it remained in full sun until late afternoon.Both the pool and adjacent Cave Bar at the top of the resort we would highly recommend. A very well equipped Spar supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away, with a very good in-store bakery. A further 5 minutes walk and you are at the beach with a very pleasant walk possible to Puerto Rico (round trip taking approximately 2 1/2 hours) If you get the opportunity visit Puerto de Mogán, a picturesque fishing village approx 10-15min in the car or a bus is available from the bottom of the hill (be aware Friday is market day and extremely busy).All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay here and we would not hesitate to return.

A beautiful coastal accomodation in the south west of Gran Canaria

Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment in Playa Del Cura inbetween Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico. You can easily go here by bus and either travel by bus or taxi to the nearest cities and villages. The apartment is in a beautiful apartment complex which features multiple swimming pools, tennis court and a roof top bar. Loved our stay and would definitely go visit here again. Host was fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed.

Wonderful experience.

The accommodation is just as beautiful as it's described.Arthur and his co-host Joanna are very kind and available for any question. They make everything to ease your trip. The location is well located and equipped. The view is fantastic wherever you are in the complex. I even extended my trip with 2 additional days. I wish I could even stay longer if I had more days. Cosy apartment with amazing view and facilities

At first we were wary as this listing did not have many reviews, but the host was really comunicative and cheerfull which was really supportive. When we arrived we saw that the appartment was even better that the photos. The view in reality is way better and the place is really cozy. There was small difficulties with parking our rental, but never too hard just might need to park down the road. The multiple pools, nice bar at the top and shops near by and a beach 5min by walking makes this a really good location. We liked that the appartment had washing mashine to wash your sandy things. Summary: really amazing place felt like at home just with better wievs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Arthur & Joanna were helpful - a few problems with the front door key & key fobs for entering/exiting the pools but I got there in the end. I was told that Joanna would meet me at the property when I arrived on Saturday evening and whilst I was waiting to board my flight in Manchester, I was told it would be Marcin-it worked out okay but I didn't feel 100% comfortable meeting someone who I wasn't initially going to be meeting, and with it being a man, late at night.Perhaps the option of a welcome pack with the essentials milk, bread etc would be good for guests arriving late-my flight was delayed 1 ½ hours which meant everything was shut by the time I arrived :(
