The Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bath private home very close to the beach end of Laika Lane. With a thick stand of woods in the back, this is a quiet location (no public parking). While you’re within convenient walking distance of shops and restaurants, it’s a few quick steps out onto the white sand beach. The house takes full advantage of the lovely subtropical environment, with great screened porches and a deck for you to relax and enjoy the breezes sighing through the forest.
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.
Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.
