This gorgeous contemporary two bedroom, two bath downtown condo is a quiet corner unit and is one of the best locations in Aspen. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view.

The property was completely and exquisitely remodeled with open living areas, all new luxurious furnishings, a wood burning fireplace, dining area with seating for six. Bedroom one offers a king bed. Bedroom two has a split-king, keep as a king or split into two twin beds. Sofa sleeper in living room. The kitchen is open to the living area with bar seating, Caesar stone counter tops, new custom cabinets and features a new Viking Range and cookware. The unit enjoys its own washer/dryer. Clean contemporary decor with open living areas and a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and tons of counter space.

There are front and back decks providing two entrances and private entry to the master suite. This quiet complex has a large outdoor common area with patio seating, a grill and hot tub.
