Bright room, overlooking a small terrace in a house completely redone 3 years ago. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 8 minutes from the train station and the city center. In addition to its ideal location, the house is bright with high ceilings.

The house has a large living room with kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. This room leads directly onto the terrace.
The bedroom is spacious, equipped with a 160x200 bed with quality mattress and mattress topper. A large closet will allow you to store all your belongings.

In addition to the bedroom and the bathroom, you have access to the kitchen to prepare your meals, to the lounge to bask after a day at the beach or by bike.

The bedroom has a small private terrace at the back of the house, a larger terrace overlooking the living room is also accessible.

Living for a long time on the Basin, I can bring you a lot of information on the places to visit and tips.

2 bikes are available to allow you to walk around without having to rent them in the center, they are equipped with luggage racks and a basket to easily transport your groceries or your beach towel.

Full breakfast is included (Coffee, tea, milk, baguette, cereals, etc.)
