The garden of 1000 m2 includes a swimming pool 8 x 4m with large terrace and an outdoor bar.
It is a relaxing and very pleasant home both inside and out.
Ideally located in a quiet area, with bike path and bus stop in the street.
The Pilat dune and the ocean beaches are 15 minutes from the house. Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage city is 45 minutes away. The vineyards of Saint Emilion, they are only 1 hour drive.
You have the choice between the beach or the cultural visits !!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war für uns das Highlight. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Magnifique

La maison est très agréable, conforme à la description, et le jardin et la piscine au top. L'environnement est calme. Caroline et Ludovic sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables autour, très facile de se déplacer. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Magnifique séjour

Très belle villa avec piscine et jardin très agréables dans un quartier calme de Gujan Mestras dans le bassin d’Arcachon. Les propriétaires habitent le quartier et sont vraiment très sympathiques et disponibles! Grâce à eux, vous découvrirez la région et ses délicieuses huîtres!🤗

Wir haben die Zeit im Gujan Mestras sehr genossen. Highlight ist der Pool. Vor allen Dingen waren die Gastgeber einzigartig, sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Es war alles in allem ein super Erlebnis und Urlaub.
