About the host
Hosted by Teresa and Charles Watters
We love to holiday in France and have been doing so for many years in different parts of France. The Aquitaine region offers so much and is the area we chose to build our holiday home in 2005.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the village of Sanguinet and with its surrounding area It has so much to offer and yet is natural and unspoiled. We bought a plot of land with outline planning permission in a beautiful elevated position in Sanguinet village on the edge of the pine forest.
What makes this property unique
Our villa has the benefit of being just two minutes from the centre of the village with all the amenities you need right at hand and a short walk to the beautiful lake with its sandy beaches and beautiful walks and bike rides. Our villa is situated in an elevated, un-overlooked location adjacent to the pine forest with lovely views. It is a very tranquil and peaceful location where you can relax and unwind in lovely surroundings.
