Renovated (bathroom and floor) 2nd floor unit boasts one of THE best locations on the island. Just 1 block from the 11th and 12th st. beaches (if we were located on the opposite side of the street, we would advertise as beach block), steps to prime boardwalk (Playland's Castaway Cove, Pirates of the Golden Galleon golf), and just 2-3 short blocks to the famous Asbury shopping and restaurant district! Enjoy ocean breezes and people-watching from the large, yet private, covered balcony. This unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, central air, books and games for the family, a DVD player, foosball table, Roku TVs and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and living area, free WiFi and a no-ads Netflix house account, 24-can beach cooler, beach bag, and beach tags; off-street parking (2 spots), and a shared enclosed outdoor shower and foot-spray hose. If you will be visiting with young children or infants, the bathtub has a frameless sliding door to comfortably bathe children, and we can also provide a high chair, baby gate, umbrella stroller, pack and play, and anti-UV baby beach tent at no additional charge. While this home sleeps up to 9 people (2 queen beds, 1 single over single bunk, 1 single over double bunk), the ideal number of tenants is up to 6-8 based on comfortable dining and lounging seating. Dogs weighing up to 25 pounds are allowed on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost of $200/dog per week. Sorry, no Spring Breakers or lease holders under 25. Linens and towels are not provided, so please be sure to either pack or contact one of the OC linen rental companies ahead of time. We will gladly coordinate with a linens company to accommodate bed-making or linens delivery prior to your check-in if you let us know you are renting linens and desire this! Guests will enjoy prime security and keyless entry as all digital codes are customized to your choice and change with every tenant. No needing to "remember" tricky codes or fumble for keys as you come/go!
All tenants must read and sign our attached Lease Agreement (everyone) and Pet Addendum (if bringing a dog); as well as provide a scan of a valid ID for booking to be accepted and confirmed. If you plan to bring a dog, kindly send a booking inquiry first (not a booking request) until we can review the size/breed of the dog and you can review the terms of our pet addendum.
