Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is no streetside garbage service at the lake. All trash must be removed upon your departure. There's a transfer station a few miles away as you leave the lake for garbage disposal.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No on-sight garbage disposal. All garbage must be removed by and with tent.
No pets allowed. If a pet has been on sight a $500 fee will be charged.
Outdoor fires in the firepit are allowed. The county or state may places restrictions on them due to "EXTREME FIRE DANGER". A water hose is near.

Clean, quiet, centrally-located home near the south end of Priest Lake with an incredible front porch for reading and relaxing! Host communicated very well. Plenty of turnaround room for our vehicle and UTV trailer. Walking distance to the lake & restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us to be near the airstrip, the seaplane base, and the lake. Hosts were communicative and everything worked great. Will be back!

Great family retreat!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this home. The place was easy to access, clean and nice, and the owners responded quickly to any questions we had about things to do in the area or the house itself. We really appreciated them and highly recommend staying here!

Great Location to Priest Lake

This place provide a perfect spot if you don’t need to be on the lake but want to access several areas of the lake from here. Large open living room and kitchen made it great for cooking and visiting.

Comfortable home and close to Cavanaugh’s restaurant. We spent our days at Luby Bay so not super convenient for us, but we knew that when we rented the place. I think it’s a great value for an area with fairly expensive rentals. Love the covered front porch. Owner is very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Memorable Memorial Day

Stayed a long weekend in the cabin. It couldn’t have been more convenient. Perfect walk to Cav’s for dinner. The cabin is spotless clean and so cozy. Can’t wait to book this cabin again.

We have camped at priest lake since 1972. I’m 70 now. Told my husband we need a house. The four days we were there it rained I kept thinking how lucky I was to be in the house. It’s a good location. Open kitchen was great. Will rent it again. Very clean and set up for guest.
