Tiny House Blue Lifeguard - pet friendly

Summary:
Over the bridge from Siesta Key and minutes away from dining & arts districts. With the convenience of a hotel, the comfort of a vacation home, and the cool factor of a tiny house, make staying with us a part of your vacation story. All the comfort of home with first floor beds, one Queen and twin bunk beds - sleeps 4. Includes WiFi, cable TV and outdoor grill. Book today! Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.

The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.

Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area.

Getting Around:
While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village.

Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.

We are available thru messaging everyday until 9pm.

Requested an early Check in of 1 p.m., I approved the extra charges, I drove 3 hours to check in. The room was not ready until after 3:15 p.m. The cleaning staff said they did not get the message. This made us late for our appointment.

Blue lifeguard stand tiny home

The process was 100% contactless and easy. The tiny home was cute and clean for the most part but it is in disrepair and needs deep cleaning. There was mold in the shower (like a lot) on the knobs and walls. Also, the floorboards were weak under the bathroom and it felt like it was caving in. (I am not a large or heavy person). One of the pillow covers had a blood stain, and there was a thick layer of dust on the art throughout the unit. The little community was very cute. I’d stay again for the price, location, and convenience but not in this unit.

Tiny blue lifeguard House

We enjoyed our time in Sarasota/Siesta Key area. Only down fall to our stay in the tiny blue lifeguard house was that the neighboring green house had neon green lights on the outside, and there weren’t blinds on the bedroom windows. It felt like it was daytime in our bedroom. Also, the bedroom A/C unit was so loud. It would wake us up every time it kicked on.
