4 beds, 21 m2, including a living room with kitchenette and sleeping 2 persons, alcove with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, separate WC.
South-facing terrace (photo taken from the enclosed terrace) with gate giving access to green space (ideal for barbecues and storage of bikes on the terrace).
Blankets are provided but sheets and linens are not provided.

Agréable studio

Petit studio dans résidence ski sud propre. suffisant pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Vue magnifique et accès extérieur du balcon. Résidence très calme . A noter le studio est situé au 3ème sous sol sans ascenseur. L'accès au centre station est possible à pied mais reservé aux sportifs cMontée hardue. Vélo ou voiture indispensables. Si vous êtes sportif et cycliste cette station fera votre bonheur. Hôte très disponible.

Vacances à l'Alpe d'Huez

Belle petite location tout juste permettant de vivre à quatre aisément. Hôte très disponible. Bel emplacement pour le calme, le cadre et la vue. Quelques petits rangements supplémentaires seraient intéressants pour ranger les affaires personnelles.

Mooie plek

Voor deze prijs moet je niet klagen en accepteren! Heerlijke plek voor een alpe d huzes evenement met mooi weer! De eigenaar hebben we wel contact mee gehad en excuseerde zich voor de niet netheid.

Prachtig uitzicht, maar de woning is klein en verouderd met de nodige gebreken, zoals een kapotte slaapbank, kachel die het niet deed en stroomstoring, waardoor we niet meer konden koken, geen behoorlijke stoelen, maar krukjes) Moeilijk om in contact te komen de eigenaar, hij woont zelf heel ergens anders ( Nantes) en regelt de verhuur via vrienden, zo ook de sleutel, dit ging bij aankomst ook moeizaam.

Hallo, Ik wil dat je weet dat de oppervlakte van het appartement is aangegeven in de advertentie. Ook vertelde ik u op de bank; Hij is inmiddels vervangen door een nieuwe bank. Het zou me hebben genomen om te voorkomen dat de kachel niet werkte, weet ik niet. Onderstaande huurders hebben zo boos geweest. Het spijt me voor de stroomstoring, is het niet gekozen! En ik heb een nacht terugbetaald. Tot slot, ik denk niet dat moeilijk te bereiken is, omdat ik alle gesprekken beantwoord !!
