Holiday rental for 7 people in independent gite with private pool in the Périgord of Agen located in an old farm surrounded by 20 ha of woods and meadows in which sheep and horses live. The holiday home is located in Aquitaine in the Lot et Garonne, confines of Périgord (45 minutes from Sarlatet 30 minutes from Bergerac) in the south west of France.

Vi boede midt i den mest vidunderlige natur og vores vært var utroligt imødekommende og venligheden selv.Vi havde lidt udfordringer med trappen i huset og det havde været rart, at dens beskaffenhed havde fremgået tydeligt af fotos.Børn (og voksne) fik en lang næse, da det legetårn i træ, der fremgår af fotos i annoncen, ikke eksisterede i virkeligheden. Der var heldigvis nok andet at give sig til og god plads til boldspil.Udstyret i huset er lidt træt og mangelfuldt og trænger generelt til en opgradering, ligesom særligt overetagen trænger til en kærlig hånd.Overordnet set er stedet/omgivelserne vidunderlige, og vi har kun godt at sige om værtsskabet.

L'endroit est très nature et la vue exceptionnelle. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et la maison correctement équipée. Cependant l'ensemble mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Les photos présentées datent d'il y a quelques années. Malgré quelques petits désagréments, nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour.

Cadre depaysant

La maison est très bien située et le cadre est très sympa (prairie, moutons, calme ..). La piscine est en bon état et plus qu'appreciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Brigitte et Christian sont toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Seul bémol la maison bien que de caractère nécessite un sérieux rafraîchissement.

Une adresse à retenir

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette belle région aux airs de Toscane avec ses paysages vallonnés, ses villages et châteaux. Le petit Roc est parfaitement situé dans un environnement très calme, isolé. La maison a beaucoup de charme et est très bien équipée. De plus le propriétaire est très sympathique. Une adresse à retenir!

lieu magique dans un cadre exceptionnel!

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans un endroit magique et calme décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Pour les enfants, c'est super, il y a beaucoup d'espace et c'est très sécurisé. La maison est très mignonne et très propre. Pleins de visites et de choses à voir dans le coin. A faire absolument!
