Bel appartement, très bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces
L’appartement n'est pas très grand, mais a deux, c'est très bien. Il est propre, c'est meublé et décoré avec goût. Tout fonctionne. Il ne manque pas grand chose, peut être un peu de vaisselle, un autocuiseur et une petite poêle. Au deuxième étage avec ascenseur dans une belle résidence bien entretenue. La place de parking réservée dans la résidence est appréciable et indispensable dans ce quartier. Sa situation à côté de tout fait qu'il peut y avoir un peu de bruit provenant de la rue et de la promenade le long de la plage et des effluves odorantes provenant des restaurants proches.
Entrée dans les lieux et sortie rapide et sans problème avec l'agence.
Globalement très satisfaits de cette location.
