Un logement idéal pour vivre des vacances exclusivement à pied ou en vélo, en découvrant le Bassin.A 10 min du centre-ville et du marché, au pied des pistes cyclables, à quelques pas de la plage, d’une supérette, d’un marchand de journaux et d’une église, ce studio est idéal pour un couple avec enfant, ou une personne seule.Contact exceptionnel avec les propriétaires, attentifs jusque dans les moindres détails à ce que le séjour se passe bien.

3 nuits au cœur d’Arcachon

Super séjour chez Monique, très sympathique ainsi que son mari. Son logement est très bien situé à proximité de tout le centre ville d’Arcachon et de ses plages avec vue sur le bassin. Bien équipé et confortable !

Très agréable pied à terre pour découvrir Arcachon

L'appartement est très bien situé, légèrement à distance du centre animé pour être au calme mais assez proche pour y accéder facilement et rapidement à pied. Il faut juste préciser que le parking n'est pas forcément aisé aux alentours, surtout en pleine saison. Prendre un petit déjeuner au balcon avec le bruit des vagues en fond sonore, c'est un grand luxe offert par cet appartement.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé (proche des pistes cyclables, plage à 5 min à pied, centre d’Arcachon accessible à moins de 10 min à pied) Je vous recommande vivement ce logement, avec comme gros plus une terrasse vue mer !!

3 jours de dépaysement sur Arcachon: le studio est lumineux, fonctionnel et proche du bassin. Le partage des trottoirs entre piétons et piste cyclable est par moment difficile...

La location idéale pour profiter d'Arcachon et ses environs. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Le studio qui est bien entretenu est joliment décoré et la vue est magnifique.

Nettes Appartment in guter Lage und schönem Ausblick

Helle und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung - nicht sehr groß, aber für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt als Paar absolut ausreichend. Ausstattung ausreichend und funktional, alle grundlegenden Dinge sind vorhanden. Am schönsten ist die Aussicht vom Balkon - wir haben es sehr genossen, die Boote im Becken von Arcachon vorüber ziehen zu sehen. Lage: gut bis sehr gut - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufdistanz (ca. 10-15 Minuten) und der "Hausstrand" ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Der attraktivsten Strandabschnitt (breiter Sandstrand mit Beach Bar) ist allerdings 20 Gehminuten entfernt, der Fährableger für Ausflüge z.B. zum Cap Ferret 15 Gehminuten. Schmilzt mit Leihfahrrad aber auf circa 5 Minuten Fahrt zusammen. Zuvorkommende Gastgeberin - u.a. wurden wir mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Verbesserungspotenzial: W-Lan in der Wohnung wäre schön gewesen.

Un grand merci à Monique pour sa disponibilité, sa flexibilité et ses précieux renseignements sur la ville ! L'appartement est magnifique avec une superbe vue sur la mer, il est très fonctionnel dans un quartier calme avec les commerces à proximité ! On peut se garer facilement dans la rue ! Le logement est très bien équipé et idéalement situé (vue sur la mer). La propriétaire est adorable et très arrangeante, elle nous a même mis du café/thé à disposition et une bouteille d'eau au frais à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons volontiers une prochaine fois :) foncez c'est une bonne adresse!

Séjour agréable!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La propriétaire est très arrangeante. Studio très joliment décoré, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Seul petit bémol les draps ne sont pas fournis sauf via supplément. Encore merci pour ce séjour ! Nous recommandons ce logement !

Petit cocon sympa pour une escapade à Arcachon, proche de la mer, du bus, de la gare et du centre ville. Vue magnifique au petit matin, terrasse agréable, ambiance nocturne tout aussi agréable. Tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Salle de bain propre (eau chaude et bonne pression)... Après y avoir passé 1 semaine avec ma copine, je recommande fortement !
