Cet appartement est merveilleusement bien placé, mais l’appartement est très vétuste et mal insonorisé, et le ménage n’était pas bien fait (beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles, sous le lit, sable dans le frigo, alèse et traversins sales).Il n’y avait par ailleurs aucun oreiller et le propriétaire n’a pas semblé prendre en compte cette remarque.Malgré cela j’ai passé un bon moment car la localisation et la vue mer de cet appartement sont parfaits et le canapé lit (très récent) était confortable. A noter également que les chaises du balcon sont très vieilles et mériteraient d’être remplacées et que des petits travaux seraient nécessaires pour réparer les sanitaires (lavabo de la Sdb et robinet de la cuisine qui bougent) ainsi que la porte du placard de la chambre qui ne coulisse plus.Le grand plus de cette location reste malgré tout l’emplacement et la vue .Cordialement

Location

The apartment was ideally located with off road private parking which is very important in Leucate. Well equipped and air conditioning was great in the bedroom. Would thoroughly recommend staying. Hope to stay again ourselves.

An excellent beachfront apartment for a stay in Leucate

The property was well-maintained and perfectly located, with a fabulous view of the beach and off-street parking. The mattress on the double bed was a little thin, but the bedroom was quiet and the temperature comfortable thanks to the electric fan. Overall, the apartment offers very good value for money, and the owners were very charming and helpful.

Saubere Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Gut ausgestattet. (Spühlmachine, Backofen) Bett leider nur 1.90 Meter lang. Balkon leider nur sehr schmal.
