Looking to get away and relax? <br>Come stay at our house on the shore of the marine lake, a protected and unspoiled area where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.<br>Just 800 m from the sailing school and a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is accessible from the house via a bike path.<br>Air-conditioned waterfront home, fully furnished for 3 people. You’ll have a terrace with a beautiful view of the saltwater lake and the mountains—perfect for relaxing, dining, barbecues, and drinks.<br>The 3-star-rated house is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen: hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.<br>A bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. <br>A living/dining room with a sofa, a table, and a TV. <br>A large loft bedroom with a king-size bed (160 x 200).<br>A bed (90 x 190).<br>A playground for children and a bocce court near the house.<br>Parking: Secure parking within the complex.<br>The complex features pedestrian paths for pleasant walks along the saltwater lake.<br>Linens are not provided.<br>A 2-minute walk away: Supermarket, bar, snack bar, bread, and pastries.<br>1 km away: City centre with its shops, restaurants, and marina. Market held twice a week (Wednesdays and Sundays).<br>1.5 km away: cinema, beach restaurant, tennis courts, tree-top adventure course, Aqua-Land, water ski lift… <br><br>Nearby (1 to 4 km):<br> Fitness trail, bike paths, sailing school, water ski lift, boat, paddleboard, and bike rentals, oyster-farming village with oyster tastings… etc.<br><br>Perpignan is 29 km away, Spain is 50 km away, Narbonne is 40 km away, Carcassonne is 90 km away, and Collioure is 50 km away. From there, take the Route de la Côte Sauvage towards Cerbère, where you’ll find a diving site. <br>Numerous gorges and nature reserves for hiking, rafting, canyoning, and rock climbing. Die Lage, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin waren hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Da die Betten oberhalb der Klimaanlage stehen, war es dort sehr warm. Das war der einzige Nachteil. Nochmal ein Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Tous c'est très bien passé, l'accueil, le séjour. Le studio est suffisamment équipé, proche pour faire ces courses, du marché de dimanche et d'autres centre culturel... impeccable

Cette location a répondu à toutes nos attentes : maisonnette super propre, cosy, bien décorée et bien complète. Quel plaisir de se détendre sur la terrasse avec une belle vue sur le lac marin.La propriétaire est très accueillante et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires.Nous reviendrons certainement chez Nouzha et son mari. A conseiller !

Das Häuschen war sehr geschmackvoll und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Pyrenäen und auf den See war wunderbar. Fußläufig gab es einen großen Lebensmittelladen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Es war angenehm ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Vielen Dank an Nouzah für die tollen Empfehlungen.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Port Leucate. La petite maison était parfaite, décorée avec goût, parfaitement agencée et bien placée. L'endroit est calme, avec une jolie vue sur le lac et proche des nécessités. La propriétaire était à l'écoute et disponible. Une gentille attention nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
