The convenience of being on the bottom floor in this beautiful updated condo!! Just steps from the ocean right out the sliding door, across the street to the private beach access! Ocean views out of the master bedroom, family room and kitchen!

You will have your own covered parking spot and always extra parking but not under cover. A shared grill outside for cookouts. Private porch for relaxing and taking in the ocean breeze. There is a pool out front to the right of the condo (looking toward the ocean)for relaxing after a day at the beach..
. Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.

Amazing

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway really close to the beach this is an amazing spot. The beach is the closest I have ever been. The pool was nice and relaxing. The condo was very clean and great layout for 4 people. The only thing I would say is that it puts in the VRBO that it sleeps 6. There are two beds and people 5 and 6 must use a blow up mattress. We had considered bringing more people and glad we didn’t.

Beautiful condo with ocean view

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo with an ocean view! It was ground level so easy access! It was very clean and it had a nice pool. It was updated with a nautical theme and very spacious with a fantastic location! Favorite thing was you can sit outside on the private patio and see the ocean which is right across the street!

We recently purchased this condo for our family to use and jumped into the vacation rental business as an investment while we are away. We are not ready to retire yet, but when we do we will have this amazing condo to retire and live out the best years of our lives! We chose Ormond Beach because of its peacefulness away from the hustle and bustle. The people who live here are a joy to be around. Everyone is so kind and helpful! We picked a hidden treasure that is for sure!

Here you are so close to so many great places! only 1.5 hours from Disney and all the attractions! So much to see and do close by. Florida has more history than you know!
