Repeated stay and enjoyed

This is the second time my family stayed at this property over Christmas. The host made the place very comfortable and kept decorations up . It was our home away from home for Christmas. The location was great, near beach and the place was plenty roomy and clean. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful location

Thank you to Marie for renting us her beautiful ocean side condo. There were a lot of amenities she offered that were very nice and helpful for our trip. The on-site property managers that help Marie check in guests were helpful and nice as well.

Very nice location and condo. Very close to beach. Great pool. Everything provided for the beach and pool. Kitchen well supplied even down to spices to cook with. If i had to pick one slight negative it would be the mattress in master was a bit hard but we did sleep on it ok for the week. Owner very easy to contact and very accomidating. .

Thank you for the nice review even though there were water issues. I have to agree with you about that master mattress. It's only 2 years old. I thought firm would be better for my bad back but it's so hard I had to add a mattress topper. I might add another one!

Great unit and great complex

This complex is amazing ocean views to pool views, quite and laid back atmosphere great for familys wanting to be near the daytona beach atmosphere without being around the heavy crowd's. We loved everything from unit itself to complex to beach will be back agian.

Quiet relaxing hideaway

My wife and I wanted to find a quiet place for two weeks after a convention. Friends joined us for a few days. This condo was perfect. On the beach, well maintained, a few but not too many neighbors who were all friendly. Nice area to walk and bike ride.

Fun stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at condo 404 at The Indies House at Ormond by the Sea. The place was beautifully decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean! It is conveniently located with a Publix and small mall within walking distance. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was very accommodating. We plan to return.

Wonderful Stay at Indies House

Wonderful condo. We were first time renters and using VRBO. Marie was a pro at providing us all the info we needed to get there and have a very comfortable stay. The unit was a nice size for my family of 4 . Lots of room with a full kitchen that came in handy. It was a cold time while we were there in December so not much use of any of the beach or pool amenities. But - being so close to the beach was beautiful. Would 100% stay here again.

I am happy you enjoyed the property but sorry you did not like the beds. The twin beds in the guest room both have brand new mattresses purchased in January 2022. The king mattress will be replaced next. Since we purchased the unit in 2017 we have made upgrades to it and will continue to do so as we live there five months out of the year. We have replaced the stove and the blinds, added furniture, redone the master bath and put in a washer and dryer. Please feel free to try us again some time! Marie and Bob Kramer

We love Ormond Beach. We liked the convenience of being across the street from the Publix . We also liked that it was smaller than the other high rises and it has plenty of parking. We liked the no drive beach.
