SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL ONLY
Holiday house, quiet area, below SAIGNON Village, 3 km from Apt (all shops), ideally located in the middle of the Luberon natural park. The house has 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room .... We have rented it for a long time, but not for the past 2 years because we have carried out major renovations: kitchen, bathroom and dining room have been refurbished. Large 24-acre lot with private pool.

Un très bon séjour

La location est très agréable, entourée de verdure, dans une très belle région. Tout est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, mention spéciale à la qualité de la literie et à l'équipement de la cuisine, supérieurs à la moyenne. Très bons contacts enfin avec les propriétaires, bref impeccable 😊

Nice house near beautiful village

It's a really nice house. Part of it is newly built, that part is very spacious and bright. The bathroom is recently renovated too. The house has a lot of rooms, nice shaded terras, and a refreshing pool. There also is a great big grassy area to play some ball games or badminton. It's in a perfect area to go on hikes. Or walk your way up the hill in the morning to Saignon, to buy some bread or have your breakfast at the terras at Chez Christine. We had a very relaxing stay at this house. Another place you shouldn't miss is 'Le bistro du coing". Very good food, and the friendliest staff!

Très agréable point de chute

Bien située entre Apt et Saignon, la maison est facile à vivre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les lits sont très confortables, toutes les fenêtres des chambres sont équipées de moustiquaires et 2 chambres disposent d'un ventilateur central. La terrasse est super agréable et la piscine aussi. On peut juste regretter qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée mais 23 à 24 degrés sans chauffage ce n'est pas si mal. Avec 2 chaises longues supplémentaires cette location serait quasi idéale !

des choses à revoir

Le nettoyage qualifié de méticuleux reste à revoir dans certaines pièces (toiles d’araignées sous les lits, aux plafonds, sur les fenêtres), tout comme le rafraichissement de certaines chambres. Revoir les transats en bois autour de la piscine. L'odeur du crottin de cheval est très prégnante. Pas d’accueil par la personne en charge, ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Literie très confortable, bon fonctionnement des appareils de cuisine, salle de bain neuve.

Merci de votre retour et de vos remarques nous les prendrons en compte dans la mesure de notre possible. Il est vrai qu'il y a eu un souci lorsque de votre séjour avec la personne qui assurait le ménage et l'accueil, nous avons depuis changé d'intervenant et espérons que cela ne se reproduira pas. Concernant les Transat ils sont fonctionnels mais un peu vieux, ils seront changes pour la saison prochaine. La réfection des chambres sera aussi faite. Concernant l'odeur de cheval, c'est la première fois qu'on nous le signale, il semblerait que la jeune voisine ait pris un pensionnaire pour l'été, on est en pleine campagne, difficile d'agir sur ce point.

Le charme de la Provence en plein coeur du Luberon

Maison charmante, idéalement située dans le très beau village de Saignon. La maison propose toutes les commodités nécessaires et la piscine est parfaite pour les enfants. Saignon est proche (30 à 40 mn en voiture) de tous les villages à visiter dans le Luberon. Le propriétaire était joignable facilement et réactif aux demandes.
