The apartment has a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a spacious living room with well-equipped kitchenette, or there is a 160 CM BZ sofa bed with a quality mattress.
Terrace with table, chairs and deckchair. Flat screen TV, fridge / freezer, hob, coffee machine, toaster, table and iron. Dish washer and washing machine.

Joli appartement bien situé. Belle terrasse et tranquillité sans nuisance. Place de parking ça c est génial !!. Multi prise à revoir dans le lit superposé et baignoire à refaire.

Idéal pour un séjour baulois sans prendre sa voiture
Appartement très bien situé dans un immeuble très calme. Gare de la Baule les pins à 1 min, Commerces à proximité, plage à 5 min. On peut tout faire à pied. Petite terrasse agréable pour prendre ses repas. Hôtesse accueillante et accommodante. Je recommande !

Hôte très charmante, arrangeante pour l'horaire d'arrivée. Appt très bien situé, propreté irréprochable, bien équipé parfait pour parents avec deux enfants (lits superposés). Petit balcon fleuri permettant de se poser et de manger à table dehors.
