Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 15th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa as well for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo is located on the Top floor with the best views on the beach!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Nice condo

Very clean and updated condo on the top floor (15th) of Phoenix VII. Had all the basic kitchen utensils. The Keurig Duo was nice. Really nice view of the beach and Gulf of America. Bedroom and bathroom were nice. Only drawback is more wine glasses (only 2) and an extra trash bag would have been nice.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The top floor view was excellent, the amenities in the condo were good (washing machine is pretty loud), the location was perfect, the pool area was nice, the cost was a little high but reasonable when compared to other properties. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing property and management

Not only was the condo super cute and clean, the property manager was awesome. We traveled from Virginia and were supposed to have a rental car. Since check in wasn’t until 3:30, I planned on leaving my luggage in the car. I lost my license in the airport and they wouldn’t rent me a car. I had to get an Uber and had no where to keep my luggage once arriving. I reached out to the management and she was so responsive and helpful finding me a solution.i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Weekend getaway

This property was nice and convenient to everything. We have stayed at this property many times but in different units. This unit could use a few upgrade but overall it was a nice place to stay and will definitely consider for our next Orange Beach trip.

Wonderful view from our balcony!

Property is maintained well, currently replacing balcony sliding doors on site, but construction noise was minimal during our stay. Unit was clean , kitchen was well appointed. Water temps for showers could have been a bit warmer, but overall would stay here again.

Perfect for 2

Condo was perfect size for mother/daughter trip to the beach. Bed was comfortable. We did no cooking but kitchen appears to be sufficiently stocked had we needed to. Appliances are new. Loved the ice! The bedroom window could use a blackout shade but it kept me from sleeping late and missing out on beach time. The balcony is big enough for a table, chairs, and lounger. And that foyer light still needs to be replaced. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

1st stay at Orange Beach and it won’t be our last

From the minute we walked in the door this condo didn’t disappoint. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Everything in this condo has been updated. The Property Manager was excellent. We had trouble with TV and she was there for us. She actually purchased a new TV and had it installed within hours. I highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Orange Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple or small family.

Perfect Place for some R&R

Condo was perfect for myself and 2 children. It was clean upon arrival and had plenty of space to accommodate us. The views were great for our morning coffee! The only advice I would give once arriving is to look through all the cabinets before heading out to the grocery store to shop. Also, improvements I would suggest, would be to provide a multi purpose surface cleaner for the kitchen, and add some containers to hold any left overs there may be after eating meals. Just putting that out there for the family’s who may cook big meals to have leftovers.

Awesome Ocean Views

The unit was awesome with great views. Perfect for me and my husband. Check in was easy. The unit was cute. Our only suggestion would be a larger tub in the bathroom. It was very narrow with the shower doors/handles. We do have a complaint - the smoke alarm went off 3 different times (twice it went off on it's own and once is stayed on). My husband had to climb on a stool to disable it until the maintenance personnel could get there. Very irritating. But, overall we had an awesome vacation there!! :-). I would recommend it.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I spent 4 days here August, 2022, just to get away and relax. The condo was nice and clean and smelled fresh scrubbed. The bed was comfortable--I like a more firm mattress and this one was just the right amount of firm plus soft top. Coffee maker takes cup filters (not cone), and there were plenty there for our use. Ice maker worked like a charm and so did the fridge and AC. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on cookware, but there were 3 tupperware pitchers available which was helpful. The view was perfect and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the breeze and scenery of the ocean and beach and both pools. We didn't get in either of the pools, but they were nice and big and looked clean. Overall, I would definitely stay in 1502 again.

Beach view was nice. Very relaxing. The only thing is a man from the property came into the condo. Yes he knocked but when we chose not to answer the door bec we had no idea who he was he open the door himself and walked in. Yes he was there to change the air filter. But that was disturbing. Like the air filter could not wait until after our stay was over. To walk rt in on us was scary that the property thinks they okay to walk in on people. That part I did not like.
