Family vacation

Perfect place to stay for a family. They had toys for the beach and the condo was very clean and comfortable. It was in a very nice location. It is close to great restaurants and entertainment and souvenir city is right down the street! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Getaway!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for our recent Vacation! The location was convenient to everything, easy access to beach, restaurants.etc…The condo was clean and was stocked well, The AC was cold, which is a must for me! Incredible Views!

I stayed in this condo while in the area for a business trip. The condo was just as described. The 14th floor views were incredible. I spent Early mornings on the balcony enjoying coffee and even saw dolphins swim by! John and Kim were very responsive before and after the stay. Hope to come back with my husband at some point to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Orange Beach Condo

Everything was great only complaint was neighbors smoking on balcony, which by the signs is not allowed is suppose to be a smoke free facility. But we would stay again because it is a great location and nice Condo. Property Manager just needs to enforce rules a little better. Thank You Debbie

Quaint little condo

Perfect size for about 5 people, but we only had 2 there during our stay. Main bedroom has a big bed and a spacious room. There were blankets and extra pillows to use on the pull out couch. It actually has 2 pull out couches, though. Owner was responsive and let me know I could get there before check in to get a parking pass to stay on the beach even though check in for the condo was at 4. I also messaged them about staying in the exact same condo again and they sent me to their direct website where we can book it again in August.

Phoenix 3

We really enjoyed our stay. There’s only a few things I would recommend. First you need. Full size mirror somewhere women like to see their whole self when getting ready. Two, you need to fix the shower there’s no pressure had to turn it off and rinse off in the in. The furniture is very uncomfortable. We did enjoy the space tho please do t get me wrong just improvements to make.

The Phoenix III offers an unbeatable array of amenities. When this condo became available, we couldn't pass it up. The large, one bedroom layout of the Phoenix 3 is great for a family with children or for couples looking for a beach getaway.

What makes this property unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. On the rare rainy days, the heated pool is a bonus. The lighted tennis and pickle ball courts and the indoor racquetball court are also unique features of the Phoenix III.
