Moradia Ibiscos is located in Olhos de Água parish about a 5-minute walk from the famous Maria Luísa beach in Albufeira.
The villa is completely private, ideal for a family holiday.

The shopping center is 25 minutes away. by car. Petrol pump 50 meters from the house. Market fish 5 minutes. by car. Bank, pharmacy and medical station 5 min. by car. Golf Course and Tennis 5 minutes. by car. Acquashow / Zoomarine 15 min. car, fun zone (Bar Oura) 4 min by car and 15 min walk. Fine weather and beach from spring to autumn.

Great time

The property is in a fabulous location. We didn’t hire a car which saved a sum of money and it was easy to get round ( and I’m in my sixties). The beach just down the road and 2 very local supermarkets - the rucksack came in handy. We got travel to Zoomarine and a taxi to Vilamoura. The grandchildren didn’t get out of the fabulous safe pool. Daniela was always prompt in answering any questions. Best endorsement I can give is we would stay again.

Séjour reposant, environnement agréable, maison fonctionnelle. Hôtes géniaux, à l’écoute. Seul bémol, la climatisation à remplacer (vieux modèle), et qualité du mobilier de jardin à améliorer. Mais l’hôte en a conscience et nous a indiqué que ce sont des aménagements prévus. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft an der Algarve

Lovely family villa

We had a wonderful break for our first holiday in quite a few years. The hosts were welcoming and easy to contact and helpful on arrival, throughout the holiday and on check out. For me the pool was the best thing about our stay as it was a perfect size for my young children. They never wanted to get out of it!! We found the local beach which was nice and just a walk away. If you want more going on it was only a short Uber ride to the bigger resort. The spa is two minutes walk for essentials if you don’t have a car. We only give it 4 and not 5 as we found the beds quite hard but for a week this wasn’t an issue at all. It would have been nice to have only one children’s channel on the tv that was English but again not a deal breaker. Oh and a bigger toaster would have been the cherry on the cake. All in all we had a great time so thank you so much to the hosts!! 👍

Estadia com crianças e pessoa de mobilidade reduzida

De forma geral, a moradia é aceitável e corresponde às fotos do anúncio. Éramos 6 hospedes no total, 4 adultos (1 paraplégico numa cadeira de rodas) uma criança de 4 anos e um bebé de 18meses. Não sendo uma casa totalmente acessível a cadeira de rodas, tem a vantagem de ser térrea e ter uma rampa de acesso nas traseiras o que é muito bom. Mas as portas são estreitas (menos de 75cm). Por sorte levamos uma cadeira mais estreita e tendo desaparafusado o batente do chão, foi possível aceder ao wc (com assistência). O mobiliário e os eletrodomésticos são todos bastante datados, conforme as fotos. Algumas cadeiras da sala de jantar estão perto do ponto de quebra, instáveis, tendo uma desmoronado no 1º dia da nossa estadia (graças a Deus ninguém se magoou). As camas poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis e menos ruidosas, são bastante antigas. Tivemos um problema com a falta de almofadas, mas os proprietários prontificaram a fornecer mais, mas só foi possível trazerem mais 2. Ar condicionado, só há na sala. Consegue refrescar a casa durante o dia, mas à noite torna-se mais complicado com as portas dos quartos fechadas. Os proprietários forneceram ventoinhas. A praia não fica a 250m com anunciado, o que nos desiludiu um pouco pois foi uma das características que nos fez optar por esta moradia para as nossas férias. Fica a cerca de 700/800m, e fazer a caminhada com carrinho de bebé e cadeira de rodas é praticamente impossível devido à falta de passeios e descidas /subidas acentuadas. A piscina e o espaço exterior são muito agradáveis, pecando apenas pela falta de sombra (existem 3 guarda-sóis mas são insuficientes) e pelo facto da unidade exterior de AC estar a debitar ar quente para cima de quem está sentado à mesa do pátio. A casa tem estacionamento privado para uma viatura junto à porta principal. Estacionamento para mais viaturas, pelo menos no mês de agosto, não é fácil. Foi-nos pedido várias vezes para remover o 2º carro das traseiras da casa. A internet (router 4G NOS) não funciona adequadamente, facto que nos foi comunicado com antecedência e os proprietários, amavelmente, dispensaram o pagamento a taxa extra de 25€. Mas como um dos elementos do grupo necessitava de internet para trabalhar, tivemos de adquirir um pacote de dados móveis de outra operadora. Os proprietários são 5*, muitos simpáticos e de fácil comunicação. Obrigada Daniela :)

Agradeço as suas observações, contudo, quando nos falou que viria um Senhor em cadeira de rodas, como se deve recordar foi-lhe dado as medidas das portas, conforme solicitou, portando deduzo que não foi por sorte ter uma cadeira com as medidas adequadas, quanto à falta de almofadas as mesmas estavam disponíveis individualmente por cada ocupante que perfaziam seis e posteriormente fornecidas mais duas, quanto ao distanciamento da praia concerteza que terá utilizado o percurso mais distante o que acontece por as vezes não se conhecer a outras opções o que é normal. Quanto ao calor debitada pela unidade exterior do ar condicionado parece-me um pouco estranho uma vez que ela se encontra a uma altura de cerca de 3,5 metros. Gostei muito de vos receber, Daniela

Großartig

Der Urlaub im Haus von Daniela war traumhaft. Der Kontakt und die Schlüssel Übergabe durch Daniela und ihren Mann waren sehr, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Das Haus ist Orginal wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist vorhanden und man hat, wie bei uns mit 3 Kindern, sehr viel Platz. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ist groß. Zum Meer sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort findet man traumhafte Strände und buchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann man nur sage : tolles Haus, tolle Lage! Daniela ist eine super Vermieterin die auf wünsche, wenn machbar, auch sehr gerne eingeht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Outstanding villa in a brilliant location.

July 13-23 2018 A wonderful villa in a great location, close to all amenities but still quite and private. Tha salt water pool was brilliant and the kids loved it, the house had everything you needed and piles of room in it.There is a beach 600m walk from the house with a lovely restaurant/bar and good water sports for the kids. A short drive into Albufeira where there is so much to do and see loads of great restaurants and bars. A short drive away there was a number of water parks to choose from. We would recommend this villa for anyone, and hope to return in the future. Both Daniela and her husband couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful nothing was a problem.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines en juin 2018 dans cette magnifique villa. De très belles prestations à l'intérieur proche de la plage et des commerces. Casa muito bem localizada, perto da praia não tendo sido necessário utilizar carro. A picina de água salgada é maravilhosa sempre limpa e a água sempre muito quente com plena privacidade. A casa é espaçosa e limpa .
