The garbage is at the same place as our mailbox, on your left-hand side right after the courtyard when leaving the building. Also, we recycle our garbage: brown cover = normal, yellow cover = plastic, paper, cans Please, don't dry wet clothes on the radiators. Pets are not allowed. Offering strange persons a night in the studio is prohibited. The key should not be passed to other people.

Why they chose this property

Originally the studio was purchased as a place to live for my husband by his father in 1992. At that time my husband started his studies at the university in Paris. After that, I joined Pierre and we lived there for a while together. We had a great time there.

What makes this property unique

It is a classic Parisian studio/garçonnière/bachelor flat. We tried to keep the atmosphere of the past.
