The apartment was nice and in a good area. There were two things not working 1) a light strip at the top of the bathroom mirror and a light on the makeup mirror. Other than that it was charming.

We loved this apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment is perfect. It is spacious, has a very comfortable bed, modern kitchen and a pleasant living room that looks out onto a courtyard filled with flowers. It is well-equipped and very clean.we also loved the neighborhood which is close enough to easily get anywhere but quiet and friendly. Within two blocks are two boulangeries, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable store, two coffee shops, a grocery, a fromagerie, a butcher, a flower shop, an excellent barber shop, a hairdresser, and more. Most amazingly there are numerous restaurants of all possible kinds. If you want takeout, pho, Thai, Italian, Chinese, brasseries, Greek or fine French haute cuisine it’s all close by. We stayed four weeks and never tired of this great place. Finally both the owner and her friend and manager Loui were gracious and kind. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully furnished flat with nice amenities. Huge refrigerator plus freezer and a dishwasher. Bathroom has 2 sinks so that was a bonus. Close to bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is very private and quiet.Highly recommend.

Wonderful 2 week stay at this home away from home. Great neighborhood, markets and restaurants all within minutes walk. We have always stayed at hotels in Paris and wanted to try an apartment and we made the right decision.Lovely kitty that makes their appearance daily sunbathing in the little courtyard.I think I tried every desert at the bakery 2 mins walk. Hosts were amazing. Francoise and Lou thank you so much! We will return.Only little thing maybe get a little air fryer for items we bought at the market (Greek, African, French amazing food btw) if the oven isn’t working properly.

Clean and everything a couple needs for a week in Paris. The bed and leather sofa are very comfortable. The location in the 5th Arr. was perfect with great restaurants and bakeries all round. The owner was easy to work with.

Great apartment, close to many metro stations and bus stops. Super comfy bed. Everything we could possibly want. Loui could not have been more easy to work with. Will definitely be staying here again if/when we return to Paris.

We absolutely loved the neighborhood vibe! It was easy to get to the Metro for sightseeing and then nice to come back to a quieter area. The apartment was roomy and had all the amenities. We would stay there again!

This is a charming rental

Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything one might need for a pleasant stay in an interesting part of Paris. Public transit and shopping are both conveniently close by. My friend and I had a lovely week here and would recommend it highly.

Excellent place for our week-long stay in Paris for our wedding and honeymoon. It's in a more residential neighborhood, which we prefer, with plenty of wonderful bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy, shops, and markets. Close to historic Rue Moufftard, subways and buses, an easy 20-25 minute walk to Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, the Seine, Shakespeare and Co, Saint-Chappelle, and so much more in Paris. The apartment is very quiet and looks out on a lovely courtyard, where you'll have an occasional visit from sweet resident cat Coco. Bed, couch, and tables in the apartment are all very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything we needed aside from a working oven. Only suggestion I have is for owner to clean out some space in a bathroom drawer for guests to use during the stay. One note is that the host suggests using Super Star travel for airport transfers. I'm not sure they're still in business. We tried to both call and send an email and never heard back, and their social media doesn't seem to have been updated in over a year. We ended up using Welcome Pickups to get to and from CDG, and they were amazing to work with, very affordable and reliable.

Delightful & Perfect Stay in Paris

Being greeted by the host and being able to ask questions right up front was the best! The apartment, furnishings, and all the extra touches made this a warm and unique stay. The location was perfect for us and we were pleasantly surprised at all of the restaurants and things to do nearby as well as quick access to the buses and metro.

Excellent base for visiting Ile de France and Paris

By far this was our best apartment rental in Paris. The location is convenient for accessing Metro and the Gares. Spacious, well-designed and quiet, Francoise's apartment has everything one needs. This was an excellent choice!

Outstanding Paris Apartment

This one’s a great place to stay well in Paris for six nights. The apartment is very large for two people and is very well appointed – has everything you need. Loui and Francoise were fantastic, and their communication and assistance was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay at this location again!

Trip of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave. The hosts were wonderful! Everything was perfect. The king size bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were artistic and beautiful. We stayed 2 weeks and utilized metro/trains/buses or taxis depending on our energy level at the time. We loved the location and highly recommend staying here!
