Grand Traverse Shores Resort Condo on East Bay!

7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City`s beautiful East Bay this condo is right on the water! Enjoy beautiful views of the bay from the living room, bedroom and private front patio. Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of private sandy beach frontage or rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle board.

The condo is a private end unit on the second floor. Mitchell Creek runs along the west end of the building and Beautiful Deepwater Point Natural preserve is right beside the unit with amazing trails and nature hikes. Explore the preserve and find hidden beaches:). There is a great deal of wildlife spotted right from the private patio. Cozy little condo resort with nightly security and a shuttle bus to the Casino. A giant fire pit in the evenings to roast marshmallows.

Condo is on the beach. There is a shuttle that will take you the Turtle Creek Casino or the Grand Traverse Resort. Uber and Lyft are now available.

Side note- I love my town and am very proud to have grown up playing on our beaches. I try my best to support everything local. I try to be as eco friendly as possible and stay away from harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances. All sheets and towels are laundered using fragrance free, synthetic dye and chemical free detergent.

Great Location for Exploring

The condo had everything you could ask for. It was a great place to get away and relax after various day trips to Glen Harbor, Sleeping Bear, Suttons Bay, Leland, Old Mission and Charlevoix.

This condo is perfectly located in the traverse city area! It’s in its own little corner, with beautiful views of the lake, and easy access to different parts of the city. Perfect spot for a little getaway!

I was in town for a conference and it was really convenient to stay there. I dislike the crowds at the Grand Traverse resort. And this was off the beaten path and really lovely

Nice condo near Traverse City

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend trip to Traverse City. The location was very convenient for checking out Traverse City. The condo complex was quiet, and it had a great view of the bay. The woods next to the condo also had a really nice walking trail. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was super responsive.

Beyond expectations!

We were so impressed with the Condo, It was beyond our expectations. Everything was as posted, the extra amenities were wonderful. High quality soap, shampoo, conditioner was very unexpected! We will definitely be back to stay again next year for our annual Birthday weekend getaway!

Long family weekend

We were up visiting my sister and her family for a long weekend. Love the location being close to both Traverse City and Elk Rapids. Wine tasting was fantastic, breweries were fun. Aprill was quick to respond the one time we needed something. Definitely recommend this place, lovely views. Just wish we could have brought our dog.

Wonderful quiet spot on Grand Traverse Bay

This is a wonderful location to use to visit the Traverse City area. It is only 15 minutes from the heart of Traverse City, yet you get the peace and quiet of being remote. The unit is right on the bay, albeit separated from the actual bay by a lowland area. The unit itself is very clean and seems recently updated. The bed is very comfortable. The only critique I would offer is some of the outlets did not work, and needed to figure that out. It is a great location to stay at. We would most definitely stay at this location again.

Lovely condo with great lake view!

The condo was a perfect size for a party of 3. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee and listening to the waves. Quiet and secluded even though a large outdoor party was in progress the first evening! Really enjoyed the stay!

The view is perfect

I love the condo. The resort needs some work. Our patio was not clean and sap is everywhere. Of course its wooded and that comes with the territory. Unfortunately the pool was still not open and the beach is very dirty. But we still loved our time there. We rented jet skis and a pontoon while there. The bed was amazing! You don't normally get a real comfortable bed!

Beautifully decorated condo with lots of special touches. View of the bay is amazing from inside as well as from balcony. Very peaceful and private as it is the last condo building tucked next to wooded state park.

I grew up in beautiful Traverse City and my absolute favorite place to be is on the water thats why when we had the opportunity to purchase this condo we jumped on it. Breathtaking views of beautiful East Bay!! When I am not on the water I am at home taking care of my two children, 7 chickens and giant garden. I have been happily married for 10 years to an amazing man who supports my VRBO endeavor. I love everything local and and am very familiar with the area so please feel free to ask me any questions!!

Why they chose this property

You will not regret booking this condo!! It is perfect for a family stay with a dishwasher, full size fridge and washer and dryer but also amazing for a romantic retreat with the view of the bay and wildlife all around. This unit is butted directly against a nature preserve with beautiful undisturbed trails that lead you to private little beaches that even few locals are aware of. There is a bald eagle nest very near by and we often see him flying over head.
