This is a great studio condo in a great location! Convenient to the city and to Grand Traverse Resort, just off US31 for easy access to everything in the area. Gorgeous balcony view of East Bay. Nicely appointed for a few night stay. The coffee selection especially was welcome. Very clean and bright. Dawn’s instructions and information are very clear and precise and she was immediately available for any questions. I was attending a conference (and playing golf) at GT Resort, and this was the perfect place to stay. I intend to return.

This was a wonderful rental property and an even better host experience. Any hikes you may want to do are within an hour drive. Beautiful sunset view of the bay. Definitely a great spot I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Dawn!

Just as advertised, great space for a couple looking to get away. Had a water main break and boil water order occur while there due to some construction. It was poor luck, but appreciated the communication with the host regarding this situation.

Had a nice stay, location was great. It has a nice beach and pool with attendant. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen well stocked. The owner was very responsive when i had questions.

This location is fantastic. There’s a beautiful view of the water, and a short easy drive to Traverse City. Very clean and perfect for a couple!
