The apartment, comfortable and carefully furnished, consists of two bedrooms (triple and double), bathroom with shower, kitchen, panoramic living room and equipped veranda. The property has a garden on the street side, with a shaded parking space, and a garden on the sea side with private access to the beach, outdoor shower and barbecue.
