The Loft Suite: A stunning room with 24-foot ceilings, a king bed, and its own private ensuite bathroom.

📋 Logistics & Planning
Electricity: To encourage conservation, power is metered and charged at cost. (Averages range from $100–$600/week depending on AC usage). The meter is read at check-in and check-out.

Cleaning: A $500 fee covers cleaning during your stay and a deep-clean post-checkout.

VIP Arrival: For direct bookings of 5+ nights, a One-way transfer from the airport to the villa is included if you BOOK DIRECT. We can also help arrange private chefs, diving, fishing charters, and massages. Not included with AIR bookings.
