About this property

Quiet and bright, T3 neighborhood beach / center - villa Mersoise

I rent my second home in Mers-les-Bains, renovated in March 2019. This is a 3 room apartment, 58 m², located 100 m from the beach and the market place in a quiet street (traffic limited to people who come in this street).
At 200 m: the swimming pool (indoor / outdoor with slides and solarium), mini-golf, a large playground (with several age levels) + a scooter / skate area nearby.

The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor of a typical Mersoise brick villa, it is composed of:
- a very bright main room with kitchen, table for 4 to 6, living room with two small balconies, south-east orientation, not overlooked
- a room with a double bed
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
- upstairs bedroom / playroom with 2 single beds.

The indicated price is with sheets and towels included. Consult me for very short stays or for 2 people.

Het appartement ligt dicht bij zee op een rustige locatie. Met vrij uitzicht op het park aan de voorkant. Het is heel sfeervol ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! De communicatie met Maud verliep ook heel prettig. Wij hebben hier een hele fijne week gehad.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très bien agencé, proche de la plage et des commerces. Les maisons colorées apportent du charme à cette petite ville.L'espace jeux dans le square pour les enfants est un plus, et le parking gratuit à quelques pas de l'appartement est très pratique.

Great Holidays

Super, ein sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit ausgebauten Dachboden - viel Platz für alle. Die Nähe zum Strand war toll. Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen und haben es eigentlich nicht gebraucht. Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Reise

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, und ruhig.Sie ist 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.Zum Kochen ist alles da.Allerdings kein Backofen.Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar am Telefon.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Mers les Bains, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Dachboden war perfekt für unsere Kinder. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und abwechslungsreich.

Parfait pour deux personnes

L'appartement est très central à Mers-Les-Bains. A 100 m du marché hebdomadaire (le lundi), à 300 m de la plage et à environ 1,5 km du supermarché. Il y a 50 marches sportives pour monter au 3ème étage mais en contrepartie, c'est très calme là-haut. La cuisine est bien équipée, le lit est confortable, la douche est excellente, malheureusement le lavabo de la salle de bain est très petit et les possibilités de rangement sont limitées (mais c'est comme ça dans les vieux bâtiments). Il y a aussi des toilettes séparées. Tout est très propre et agréable. Sur les petits balcons, on trouve à peine de la place pour deux, mais il est bien plus agréable de profiter du coucher de soleil sur la plage. En somme, c'est parfait pour deux personnes.

Outre une salle de bain un peu réduite, l'appartement est vaste et sympa, sous les toits. La propreté est irréprochable et les commerces sont proches, comme la mer, tout en restant dans un endroit calme (lors de notre séjour).

Die Villa insgesamt hat den etwas rostigen Charme der ganzen Stadt, die Wohnung ist wirklich süß mit Blick auf den Fußballplatz (auf dem erfreulicherweise immer etwas los ist). Die Einrichtung ist schön und sehr vollständig. Alles wunderbar.

Fantastic holiday stay

We stayed in Maud's apartment for almost two weeks in the summer with our 6 year old and our and 9 year old. The apartment was perfect for us - it is very spacious, so staying in on a rainy day was no problem. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a huge Auchan nearby (open Sundays) that has, well, everything. Market twice weekly. The washing machine is a great addition if you have kids or want to travel light... The house is a two minute walk from the beach and there are plenty of other activities in the area for families (Parc Marquenterre, Parc Samara etc. but also a huge playground next door with skater track). Maud was a wonderful host, communication was excellent and the check-in and check-out super smooth. We can only and whole heartedly recommend a stay.

Bon rapport qualité/prix à Mers-les-bains

L'appartement n'est pas récent mais convenablement équipé. Bien situé à 2 pas de ma mer et aussi des accès piétons (et voiture) au Tréport, proposant un vaste choix de restaurants . Il faut bien sûr vivre avec 3 étages sans ascenseur. Rangement vélos difficile! (couloir). La 2è chambre (sous toit) est un peu spartiate. Chouette possibilité de manger sur la petite terrasse avec vue sur Le Tréport et ses falaises.

L’aménagement de l appartement est très agréable. L’accès à la mer est très proche et donc l appartement est très bien placé. Deux remarques : Cet appartement est situé au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur. L accès pour la chambre d enfant pourrait être un peu plus sécurisé.

Schöne Tage in toller Stadt

Von Maud mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen versorgt haben wir in der liebevoll schön eingerichteten Wohnung ruhige und sehr schöne Tage am Ende unseres Urlaubs verbracht. Die Stadt und die Umgebung sind sehr reizvoll, laden zum bummeln und wandern ein. Nur Parkplätze für unsere Fahrräder sind Mangelware in dem Ort. Wir hatten diese dabei, hier brauchten wir sie aber gar nicht. Sonst war alles rundherum top.

Kulinarische Herbstferien an der Küste

Schönes Apartment für 2-4 Personen, wobei das Dachgeschoss etwas wohnlicher sein könnte. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, sogar der Austernöffner und die Flasche Wein für den ersten Abend. Das Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und schnell. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Hübsche Altbau-Ferienwohnung
