Luxurious Oceanfront Makena Surf Three Bedroom Three Bathroom Condo

Your fully beautifully furnished and decorated, remodeled, three bedroom, three bath oceanfront condominium awaits you with breathtaking unrestricted views, a gourmet well-equipped kitchen with superb new appliances, two spacious (adding about 700 sq.' to the living area) and private lanais (with a Weber grill on the front lanai), a washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet access, and cable flat screen smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. Beach chairs and towels, as well as all other linens, are provided for your convenience. Your beach condo will be completely cleaned upon arrival and departure. During your stay, the condo will be cleaned every third day the Ali'i Resort's staff.

Makena Surf, a gated community, includes:
* Two beautiful beaches.
* Wonderful snorkeling, featuring sea turtles along with a variety of sea life and coral.
* Two swimming pools and two jacuzzis.
* Four tennis courts (two with lights).

The view is amazing! Top floor unit, views of whales jumping and sunsets. Two great beaches with snorkeling. The property grounds are a tropical garden. Condo was very comfortable and well stocked.

This unit has a great view and is very comfortable. The two lanais were very nice. The main lanai has full sun during the day. The sude lanai is shaded till mid afternoon and comfortable for naps. The unit is close to the main pool and not far from two beaches. The snorkeling is great with the turtle town reef between the two beaches. There were all kinds of dive boats and folks there most days. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was also comfortable. We got to see some great sunsets and even some whales from a distance. There were a limited number of pool and beach items. We had a lovely stay and will be back. The Ali'i folks were terrific from check in to house keeping and the drinks by the pool in Fruday afternoon.

Our stay at Makena Surf was absolutely incredible—the condo was beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped, with breathtaking ocean views from the lanai. We woke up to the sound of waves and watched stunning sunsets every evening.The beach just steps away was perfect—calm, clear water ideal for swimming and snorkeling. We saw sea turtles and vibrant tropical fish almost every day!The property is quiet, beautifully landscaped, and feels like a private retreat, yet it's just minutes from Wailea’s shops and restaurants. Truly the best vacation spot we’ve ever experienced—we can’t wait to come back!

Aloha, We are surprised at the "little dated" comment on our condo, since in 2020, we completed a massive renovation/remodel of our entire unit - including the kitchen, all three bathrooms, all tile and carpets throughout, all new interior doors, reworked floor plan, new grass wallpaper in the hall and great room, new paint throughout, and reconstruction of the two large lanais. Maybe the comment was about our some of our lanai furniture, which we are in the process of replacing. (With supply chain and shipping issues, it takes time to receive new items). However, we already have replaced the lanai dining tables and chairs and have a brand new Weber grill.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The location could not be better. Located essentially between two private beaches, great snorkeling, beautiful views, and a very comfortable unit and entire property. We booked for next year before we left. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Condo on Beautiful Grounds

We were of family of three generations. Six of us, ages 6 to 65. It is the perfect family condo. Very well appointed. Gorgeous views. Great beach and pools. There were a few issues, maintenance wise (slider that wouldn't open, safe that didn't work, kitchen cabinet doors loose) but one call to Ali'i resorts and everything was taken care of ASAP! We would consider a going back and definitely recommend it to friends.

Absolutely beautiful location. We saw whales from the lanai in the morning and snorkeled with the green Turtles from the beach in the afternoon. The sunsets are breathtaking and best enjoyed with a glass of wine.

We chose Makena Surf for its unique location and beauty since the property is directly above the Pacific Ocean where a lovely coral reel, filled with various sea life and turtles, resides. The condo itself is very spacious, and we love living on the two large lanais, which give you the feeling of being on a ship in the sea!

What makes this property unique

Falling to sleep with the sound of the ocean, reading in the lounge while waiting for the sunset, as well as watching the whales and dolphins (in the winter months) from the lanai make this condo truly a piece of paradise.
