Located just 20 meters from a magnificent bay-side beach, quiet and sheltered from the prevailing winds, in Saint-Pierre-Quiberon (Brittany), 200 meters from Kerhostin train station and 100 meters from the bakery,
The house is completely renovated in a sober style. You will find great comfort and new bedding.
The house has a large dining room, a large bright living room, an independent TV room with a flat screen, an equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 6 with sea views, Three new bathrooms with shower, terrace and courtyard.
The house is equipped with a laundry room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bike room and a barbecue. Outside, you will have a large table, several deckchairs and a parasol.
You can practice surfing, kite-surfing, stand up paddle, canoeing, diving, horse riding, golf (Ploemel 15 minutes) or even sailing on the Quiberon peninsula.
It is made available everything necessary for babies (high chair, cane stroller, cot and crib, changing table)
By car, you can reach Vannes in 25 minutes, the Belle Île ferry terminal in 15 minutes, 5 km from Carnac and Auray in 25 minutes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house.
We speak fluent English and we live in the town, which will allow us to guide you and advise you in visiting this beautiful region.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison en tout point conforme à la description. Elle est trÚs calme (on entend pas le.trafic de la route de Quiberon), trÚs fonctionnelle, les parties communes sont spacieuses, avec deux belles et grandes chambres, les 5 autres sont plus petites. Convient trÚs bien pour de grandes familles. La plage au bout du sentier est ravissante.TrÚs bon accueil par Charline, merci beaucoup.

Excellent séjour familial à Quiberon !Nous avons passé un agréable weekend en famille dans cette villa. Nous avons été ravis par la vue splendide, la décoration chaleureuse et l'emplacement idéal, à 2 pas de la plage. Une ambiance propice à la détente.Seul petit bémol pour un groupe de 15 personnes : la capacité des réfrigérateurs est un peu juste.Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et en gardons un trÚs bon souvenir !

Grande et belle maison atypique dans laquelle nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine, en famille (nous Ă©tions 10). L'espace Ă©tait suffisant pour ne pas se gĂȘner. La vĂ©randa est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous avons redĂ©couvert plus en dĂ©tail la presqu'Ăźle de Quiberon et avons dĂ©nichĂ© des petits coins de paradis. La petite plage derriĂšre la maison, top. Bonne literie. Attention juste aux chambres dans les Ă©tages pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© limitĂ©e. Mais nous avions des personnes ĂągĂ©es qui s'en sont bien accommodĂ©es. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables et Charline, la concierge est charmante. Tout cela nous a donnĂ© envie de revenir ;-)

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine d'avril formidable en famille avec une mĂ©tĂ©o trĂšs ensoleillĂ©e. c'est un trĂšs bel endroit. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, ce qui permet de profiter de la mer au maximum avec la plage qui est vraiment trĂšs proche. L'endroit est trĂšs calme et propice au repos. La maison est spacieuse, tout est prĂ©vu pour que chacun se sente Ă  l’aise, elle est Ă©quipĂ©e, pour accueillir un groupe important mĂȘme avec des enfants en bas Ăąge. Nous avons pu garer nos quatre voitures Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de la propriĂ©tĂ© et ranger nos vĂ©los en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Nous avons pu profiter de l’extĂ©rieur pour dĂ©jeuner chaque jour. Petits et grands ont bien profitĂ© de ces vacances. Les propriĂ©taires sont Ă  l’écoute des besoins, Ils rĂ©pondent trĂšs vite aux interrogations que l’on peut avoir avant l’arrivĂ©e et il ne faut pas hĂ©siter Ă  leur signaler les petits soucis rencontrĂ©s lors de l’arrivĂ©e.
