Lage und Zuschnitt des Hauses sind sehr gut. Der Zustand des Hauses ist in höchstem Maße renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus war nicht gesäubert.
Eine genaue Bewertung / Beschwerde haben wir an Interhome geschickt mit der Erwartung einer nennenswerten Preisreduktion.
Wir selbst haben unseren Aufenthalt durch Erkundung der beeindruckenden Ziele in der Umgebung erlebnisreich gestaltet.

Saint Philibert en famille
Très bel emplacement disposant d'une petite plage à 50 mètres. Maison spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Quelques aspects à revoir en terme de rapport qualité prix (terrain de tennis non entretenu, parasols chétifs eu égard à la taille de la terrasse, rideaux de douches usés...). Globalement une bonne expérience.

Villa Tribale incroyable
La maison et le terrain sont vraiment incroyables ! Superbe propriété face au chenal, très agréable avec le couché de soleil en fin de journée. L'équipe Interhome a été parfaite, mention spéciale pour È. et T. ! Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable

Séjour au calme
Tres bon séjour. Villa agréable et bien aménagée pour 12 personnes. Parc super. Toutefois il serait bon de revoir l'installation électrique : pas de lumière dans certaines chambres ou obligés de brancher et débrancher lampadaire. les prises ne fonctionnaient pas toutes. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, le grille-pain non plus.

Tolles Grundstück , gemütlich!
Zwar ist das Haus innen sehr altmodisch und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, aber es war urgemütlich, hervorragend aufgeteilt für mehrere, auch Erwachsenen gruppen mit Kindern. Grundstück und Ausblick waren ein Traum. Unser Hund und die Kinder waren voll beschäftigt mit Tennisspielen, Küstenspaziergang und Bäume kraxeln, etc. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in erreichbarer Nähe, ebenso wie Lokale und ein riesiger Supermarkt. Insgesamt ein voll gelungener Urlaub!

Un paradis pour un séjour en famille
Dans un emplacement d exception villa magnifique un peu vintage mais carrément exceptionnelle. Adaptée pour un séjour familial... Balades tout autour avec de belles découvertes dont la chapelle de st Philibert à ne pas manquer. Soirée de jeux en famille autour de la cheminée et déjeuner en terrasse ensoleillée.Dès le petit déjeuner la vue sur la Trinité son port et ses voiliers vous séduisent... Le parc et ses pins sont majestueux.Tabarly ce grand marin y a séjourné. Il avait vraiment bon goût
