This bright and spacious house is very well located between the resort of Saint Gervais les Bains and Contamines. It is located in a quiet hamlet with a beautiful exhibition

1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, stereo, dining table, a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom (160x200 bed) and large terrace facing south
2nd: 3 bedrooms (the first 1 double bed 180x200, the 2 and the 3 2 single beds 90x200) bathroom and separate toilet
3 parking spaces in front
non-accessible and independent apartment in the house reserved for the owner with its own access and private entrance
Ideally located a few minutes from the departure of the slopes you can choose your area between Saint Gervais or Les Contamines
The summer of beautiful hikes from the cottage are possible, Mont Blanc tour, chalet Miage, le Truc ...
By gondolas direct access to many walks and activities
