Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms make a comfortable living for up to 12 people. I really enjoyed our stay just was a few things that need to be addressed.

The sliding doors were off track. The master king size bedroom shower has mold on the shower head. The ceiling fan on the patio does not come on. Everything else was good.

VERY dirty, great location

PRO’s - The location was great! The pool was very nice. No back neighbours. CON’s - The entire house was extremely dusty and dirty. Requires a deep clean, which is sad considering the cleaning/pet fees. Black mold in master shower. Very basic needs met for cooking. Will not return.

Loved the house and the location. The house keeper needs to do a better job.

Very easy renting the property. Communication was great. Again my only complaint is finding dirty dishes, men’s underwear under the bed, a moldy shower curtain, and one of the tubs had a slow drain. I just say for the amount that is charged for housekeeping it should be cleaned a lot better.

Overall the experience was good.

Overall the experience was good. The TVs in the bedrooms were small, but we rarely watched them. The location was great and close to everything. We went to the parks and weren't home a lot, and this house met our needs.
