Our house from the 1950s, renovated into an architect's house, will enhance your holidays on our beautiful Presqu'île.

Well-being, calm and comfort are the watchwords of the house.

You will be won over by its design, its warm spaces, and its heated outdoor swimming pool.

By the fireside in winter, by the pool in summer, enjoy the Villa Alba all year round.

With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living space, Villa Alba can accommodate 6 people.

Facing south, enjoy the 400m2 garden completely fenced from morning to evening.

To start your stay, the beds are prepared upon arrival.

- Swimming pool of 31.5 m² (9m x 3.5m and 1.4m deep) secured by an electric and heated curtain is open from 04/01 to 09/30

- Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed and marble desk equipped with electrical outlets

- Bedroom 2: a 160cm bed with the possibility of dividing them into 2 80cm beds

- Bedroom 3: a 160cm bed with the possibility of dividing them into 2 80cm beds

The bedrooms are all fitted with cupboards.

Bed linen and towels are provided - the beds are prepared for your arrival

Cleaning option (150 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. A cleaning deposit (180 €) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of departure if the house is left clean.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

For 15 days of rental, Marie will take care of cleaning and changing your bedding between 2 weeks.

In Off-Season and Mid-season, a reduction of 7% will be applied for stays of 14 nights.

On the ground it is possible to park 2 cars

The house is located just 300m from the SNCF train station, in summer take advantage of the "corkscrew" to access the house and the Presqu'île

Everything can be done on foot from the house, park the car and walk or cycle.
