Beautiful property located on the beach. Rooms are very clean & updated. Stayed in the Hammock wing which is near a secluded beach if you are looking for privacy.
This was our second time in BC and we absolutely love this place! So relaxing with nice little private beach! Great food, great drinks and awesome people working there! We will be back again
We have stayed at this property a few times. It is awesome and such a great place. Everyone is very friendly. A great place to relax! Going thru VRBO is great and definitely saves more money.
Fantastic stay! My fiancé, dog, and I stayed here for 4 nights. The property was very dog friendly. Excellent staff and wonderful restaurants on the property. We would highly recommend this resort. There are 2 different beaches on site, pool, gym, paddle boarding/kayaking, fishing, pool table, table tennis, and volleyball. We had an absolute blast!
We stayed over NY’s Feb break and were very impressed. They offer planned daily events for the families, water sports, an adult only pool and a family pool, and also a quiet smaller beach called Hammock beach as well as a louder family beach called Coconut beach. Both are beautiful and clean but we preferred hammock beach as we were traveling with older kids. Both restaurants and even the little food truck by the pool were delicious. I do wish there was a grab and go option as well though. We had a double queen in the hammock view section and it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everything was only a 2-3 min walk away. All in all a fantastic stay and we are already looking forward to going back!
All in all we had a very nice experience. The resort was beautiful and nicely appointed. All who served us were very nice from the car hop to the front desk to all of the servers and house keeping. Our relatively minor complaints would be the front desk. It took a bit to get checked in and our rooms were not ready upon arrival. I totally blame this on the state of affairs and that it’s just hard for everyone to find employees. We were competed $50 at the bar for a cocktail which made our relatively short wait very comfortable. I noticed that people wishing to purchase items in the store had to do so at the front desk as there was nobody appointed for that task. So they had to wait in line while people checked in. Nobody wants to wait inline for a snickers bar while people check in. Again I blame this on the aforementioned issue. My only other input would be to those that may not like dogs. I was unaware that it was ok to bring your favorite pooch to the resort. While I have no real Issues with it I don’t particularly care to sit and eat my lunch on a lounger that someone’s 45lb Fido just drank his bowl of water and snacked on mom & dads extra nibbles (witnessed first hand). Having said that if we found ourselves in the area and looking for a place to stay this would be at the top of our list.
The property was clean and well maintained. The ocean view was blocked by trees, but we knew that when we booked. Housekeeping took care of us daily. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but we are used to a Temperpedic at home. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!
This is the Curio collection Hilton Baker's Cay property. The room was very nice and the property is well maintained. There are two private beaches for guests. The main beach has numerous loungers, towels, kayaks, paddle boards, and a tiki bar. There are two restaurants and a pool food shack. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. This is our second stay at the property, first booked direct and second utilizing VRBO. There was no different in the quality of room or service- just a much better price on VRBO!
Property was nice. Make sure to check you coffee supply before the morning (we had only 1 Keureg coffee- the rest were tea! Also I called the front desk to lower the a/c temperature, which they did remotely. Had a nice stay!
