Beautiful Custom Built Home with POOL & ELEVATOR, located 1min from BEACH ACCESS
Beautiful, custom built home finished in December, 2019.
Our family-friendly, custom build home sleeps 11 guests and includes a new pool (built in 2025), elevator, 2 master bedroom suites, multiple porches and beautifully appointed living areas.
Living Area
Enjoy watching movies on a rainy day on the 55" flat-screen TV located in the main living area. Separate seating area on main living space by fireplace for causal conversation or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen and living space are open to each other, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and family meals. Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances (including French Door fridge with water/ice option outside, and separate Beverage fridge) and a large granite island that seats four. Additional seating for 6 located at the dining table. Also located on the main floor is a half bath and additional 2nd master bedroom and bathroom.
Bedrooms and Bath
The downstairs features a large "mudroom" space with coat hooks, bench and area to throw flip flops. Also located downstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One Master bedroom (King) with walk-in bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (4 bunk beds located in one and queen bed located in the 2nd) with Jack and Jill connecting bathroom. Laundry space is also located downstairs. Private outdoor shower located on ground level. Upstairs there is a 2nd Master bedroom (Queen and Twin) and connecting bathroom.
Extra Amenities and More Details:
Complimentary high speed internet and TV, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, highchair, beach chairs and toys are provided. An elevator offers convenient access to all floors. Private, family pool constructed in 2025 will provide endless entertainment. Secure, custom code provides keyless entry during your stay.
Parking is provided for four vehicles in a carport and 2 in the driveway.

Located directly across from a beach access. Access is visible from the house and just a short walk away. Enjoy views from either of the 2 back porches and marsh/intercoastal views from the front porch!
Linen Fee negotiable for weekend/long weekend rentals. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own linens. Linen Fee required for weekly rentals.

The Taylor family lives in Cary, NC and both Chris and Lauren are native to North Carolina! Lauren grew up in Charlotte and Chris in Greensboro, both attended Appalachian State University and love the mountains but have always dreamed of owning a beach house. We now have 2 small children who also love the beach!
Why they chose this property
We have always loved Ocean Isle Beach and stumbled upon this property when it was in the early framing phase in August 2019. The views from both front and back porches completely sold us!
