Right in Downtown Dunedin, steps to restaurants, night life, festivals, and Blue Jays baseball. Close to award winning beaches, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach. Downtown Dunedin boasts 7 breweries, multiple pubs, a night club, a distillery, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Come play with us!
This 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex is where we raised our children, our Grandpa lived in the front unit. It is right in the middle of tons of things to do. There is a bedroom with a private bath, another bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and another bath that has a washer/dryer. We have provided beach supplies as well. Start your day with coffee from the Keurig machine and either cook in in the fully stocked kitchen or wander down the street to one of our many award winning restaurants. There is a large private back yard as well. Parking is provided.

I am a long time Dunedin resident and love love love this town. I am always happy to introduce new guests to our fantastic little town full of great food, drinks, beer, shopping and nature. We are in easy walking distance to 8 great breweries and 1 distillery. There are a multitude of pubs, bars, restaurants and a night club. Florida's most visited state park is about 5 miles away, Honeymoon Island. From there you can take a ferry to a virtually unspoiled beach at Caladesi Island. There is a 90 acre city park, Hammock Park with trails and wildlife and a short drive takes you to Clearwater Beach with another kind of WildLife! We are also golf cart friendly and I have one available to rent for $50 per day. Come play with us!
