Easy access. Everything was just as advertised. House was clean and amenities were appreciated. The convenience to the downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants was wonderful.
This house is perfect! We loved our stay. Location is right off of Main Street and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay again!

This was the cutest house right in the middle of Downtown Dunedin. Will definitely book again!
Great location near Main Street, plenty of eateries, live music, and the Pinellas Trail/bike rental. Easy access to property and quick communication from Laren. A perfect long weekend getaway!
Charming, comfortable, in walking distance to quaint Town center of Dunedin. Very safe! Walked at night with great comfort. I could not recommend it more highly
House location very good , main issue was closing of doors within the house , impossible to close bathroom door without waking partner during night , all doors should be fixed.Main bedroom light did not work - suspect bulb blown A modem kettle would be a benefit as easy to a burn yourself using old style kettle
Nice placed to enjoy many activities in Florida sunshine. Appreciated not always needing a car since town is literally right there. This location is also fantastic for anyone who enjoys bicycling since Pinellas Bike trail is nearby.
Lovely vintage home in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Dunedin. Upscale decorating, clean, and had essentials available. For a longer stay, the washer and dryer is there. Close drive to beaches, walkable to many restaurants. Laren is on it if you need anything.
Wonderful from the start to finish. The cottage was beautifully decorated. It felt like we were in an entirely different life style. So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend staying there. Great restaurants, shops and activities. Even though we couldn’t bring our dogs I enjoyed seeing all the dogs that did come. Dunedin is a lovely town.
The place is just perfect for a small family or couple. Location is also great -steps away from everything going on on Main Street but far enough away for total relaxation! Close to everything. Host Laren is amazing! So attentive.
We loved the location. The only think I want to mention is that in the kitchen, they had just the bare minimum of what is required. We like to cook especially breakfast, and the pans were pretty much non usable. We tried making scrambled eggs and even used oil and it still stuck really bad. I would recommend replacing the set. Also, there wasn't even a pizza cutter. Little things like that could really improve the overall experience. Loved the location and nice decor. We would stay there again it would be nice to see these upgraded. Can't beat the location.
Location is great - walk 2 minutes to main Street. Cottage was very clean inside but the exterior was in very rough shape - could use a little TLC outside. Back yard was full of palm tree limbs and not kept up - made it unuasable.

Hi sorry to hear about the yard. I will take care of that asap. We have had alot of storms. I wish you wpuld have mentioned as we could have dobe that asap. As far as the exterior, we are actually having it painted later in the summer so it will look great again soon!
Easy walk to downtown Dunedin a block off main street. Well stocked kitchen with dishes and pots/pans. Washer, Dryer, and dishwasher worked well. Host very responsive to inquiries. Muffled music sounds from venues on main street on weekends and special events but quiet after 10:00 p.m.
The house was very old and in need of some repairs; doors not staying shut, some electrical outlets not working, missing light bulbs. The biggest complaint was that the tv service was horrible. Thousands of stations, none which are any good. It had a nice kitchen and nice porches. Nicely decorated. It was in a very good location, a very short walk to Main Street.

Wow, this is a surprise. We have many, many excellent reviews. Yes, the house is 100 years old but it's quaint & charming and one block from Main street and that's why people are usually renting this house. If you were unhappy, I wish you would have reached out to me so i could have helped instead of bottling up frustrations and giving us a bad review. Who sits at home on vacation and watches TV? There is so much going on in Downtown Dunedin - festivals, art shows, shopping, parades, etc - that is what you should have been enjoying. (btw there are light bulbs in the laundry room cabinet).
This was a great place to stay. The listing manager was responsive with any questions that arose. The unit is smallish but cozy for 2- sleeps 4 comfortably, and is in a convenient location near Main St shops and restaurants. We found it to be comfortable and contained most everything needed. Noise was not an issue despite being close to Main St, although a few nights we could hear music and a few party goers, but was usually quiet by 11 pm. Appliances relatively new and worked well. Internet was great. Suggestions for improvement include clean up of tree matter all over the yard and include 2 beach chairs, cooler and a blanket. A grill for outdoor would also be nice.

hi Catherine, glad you enjoyed staying with us. If you had problems with the tree debris, it would have been great to know since you stayed with us for two months. We have tried to keep beach chairs but they seem to disappear and that we are not located at the beach.

Vacation in Dunedin
Although the location was great. I was very disappointed when I first arrived.
The house was not clean and had an odor because there had been pets there.
I think the owner could have checked on the house since she is just around the corner. She said her cleaning lady was having issues. I say when it comes to business there should be backups.
She said that they were not used to renting to people for long periods of time, which in my case was 2 months.
I will say that anything I required she immediately got for me.
Once again I say the location is great 👍 I love Dunedin.

Lillian was a very challenging guest to make happy. We had to have our handyman meet her to set her phone up on the internet & she was never able to figure out the lockbox. It was unusual to have a guest stay for 2 months and she requested items that no one has ever needed (mop/bucket, tupperware etc) nonetheless, we purchased all of them. Our cleaning lady is excellent but lilian is clearly very meticulous cleaner. Good news is the house is in even better shape than it was before for the next guests to enjoy!
