It’s a blue house ... special ... with swimming pool, terrace overlooking the rice fields and small sea view

12 mins walk from a huge black sand beach.

with 4 bedrooms, 2 s. WC showers, American kitchen, lounge, bathroom for 2 to 6 people

and it's much much cheaper than a hotel ...

there is a cleaning lady 2 hours a day and a gentleman who comes for the swimming pool every other day
