DENCARIK/LOVINA LUXURY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL DIRECTLY AT THE BEACH

Villa Rumah Buka is ideal for a quiet and peaceful getaway, away from the buzz and noise of the south part of Bali. It is located directly at the volcanic sandy beach on the North coast of Bali, just 5 km west of Lovina Beach.

The villa is suitable for 6 guests and a babybed is available for a 7th (small) guest. The spacious masterbedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed,walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with toilet, washing basins and open-air shower. The middle bedroom has two beds,washing basin and walk-in shower and the 3th bedroom has a kingsize bed and the same bathroom as the masterbedroom.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a pantry,a large livingroom with satellite TV .

The day to day living takes place on the covered terrace with diningtable and comfort chairs, a lounge area and 2 relaxing chairs.

We can arrange car rental for you or we can arrange renting a car with our dedicated driver Pablo. He knows all the secret hide aways in Bali.

The use of WiFI ,wit multiple log-in is included in the rental price!

Outside area of the villa: The day to day living is taking place on the spacious covered terrace (80 sqm) with dining table and chairs for 6 persons ,a lounge area and two relaxing chairs.

In the lush tropical garden are various places to relax and sunbath, a large private swimmingpool (12x6m) with sundeck and poolbeds next to a typical Balinese restingplace called the Bale Benong. From here you have a very nice view over the Balisea, to the north and on a clear day to the Volcanoes on Java to the west and of course sunrises and beautiful sunsets.

You rent this villa just for yourself and your company. Full privacy is guaranteed!

The service: A permanent staff of three is taking care of our guests 6 days a week, 7:30 hours a day. Binter is our gardener. He cleans the pool and maintains the garden. Wayan and Ketut are taking care of you during your stay. They clean the villa and can prepare the meals at your liking.

Bedlinen and towels are changed regularly. Pooltowels are available as well as toiletteries. You only have to do some shopping in nearby supermarkets. Home delivery of groceries and fresh bread is possible every day.

After your arrival the staff prepares a dinner for your first evening and a breakfast the next morning. These two meals are includsed in the rental price!

Highly recommended

Stayed for 8 nights in late Feb - 4 adults and 2 children. Had a wonderful time is this big Villa that has lots of garden space for children to run and play. Nice relaxing spots for adults to unwind and the most spectacular view of the ocean from the big pool and lovely rice field view from out the front of the Villa. Staff are friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. Wayan is as others have stated a very good cook and we all enjoyed our meals, the children especially enjoyed the spring rolls, chicken dishes and fried rice. This Villa is such excellent value Lovina is a short drive away and many restaurants offer a pick up and drop back service if you want to venture out, Krishna watersports is within walking distance although they also offer free transport and also have 2 restaurants. Fantanstic land is nearby and fun for kids. Pepito Supermarket in Lovina is well stocked with anything you need and Tip Top is good for wine and money exchange. The local shop a few minutes walk up the road sells beer and soft drinks. The staff at the Villa will help you arrange anything you need. Its Bali.... nothing is too hard or too much trouble. We will certainly return.

Peace and quiet

Rumah Buka is a beautiful home . We had a wonderful time here and were looked after so well by the on site staff. Wayan is an excellent cook. It’s very quiet and the north coast of Bali is terrific for watching the sunset every night. We look forward to returning in the future .

WHAT A JEWEL: I WILL BE BACK !! (4th Dec 2017 to 13th Dec 2017)

I was looking to get away to somewhere that I could relax and enjoy a peaceful break. By pure luck I found it in this wonderful villa. In many instances the brochure and the property do not always match. In this villa the pictures were accurate but the description did not mention how helpful and wonderful the staff were. I was traveling alone and spent nine enjoyable days here. It was everything I wanted: hassle free privacy, peaceful, quiet, wonderful pool, beautiful garden, thanks Binter, great food, thanks Wayan, dinner accompanied by the gamalan, thanks Komang. I was made to feel as if I was part of the family. Transportation was not a problem: Pablo was readily available and went out of his way to be helpful. He was great to talk to and was a wealth of information about Bali and the local area in particular. Some people may feel a little isolated without access to a car or scooter but this did not bother me. As I said I will be back to enjoy Rumah buka hopefully in the not too distant future. Ray

A slice of heaven in North Bali

A private oasis providing a wonderful, relaxing place to unwind. We enjoyed every minute of our 10 night stay from the moment we were greeted by the driver to the day we sadly said goodbye - every minute was amazing. The photos do not do justice to the absolute beauty of the Villa and stunning garden. The architecture is amazing, the finishes from floor tiles, to soaring roofline, open air showers and stunning timber staircase - superb. We were greeted by smiling staff and beautiful flowers decorating the bedrooms and living spaces. We felt extremely special and knew we had made the right choice for our holiday. There are many places to chill out and enjoy the serenity - favourites were the seaside bale complete with koi pond and timber recliners under the oversized umbrella on the garden deck. The many DVDs and books were much appreciated The staff were wonderful, Wayan greeted us with a huge smile each morning and we very much enjoyed her breakfasts on the wide open verandah. Driver Pablo was fabulous and ready to whisk us away to where ever we wished. We did several day trips including snorkeling at Menjangan Island and a tour taking in the sights of North Bali feeding roadside monkeys - a hit with the kids - visiting the temple on the lake and the local buddhist monastery. Binter the gardener was a delight and a particular highlight of our stay was when he climbed the coconut tree and plucked 2 beautiful fresh coconuts for us to enjoy. Komang who comes each night to do security was also friendly and we enjoyed him playing traditional music and allowing the children to have a play on his bamboo 'Rindik'. We made use of the gorgeous pool every day and also enjoyed the gardens and beach. A sunrise trip on a local fishing boat to see the wild dolphins was an amazing experience and being picked up right in front of the Villa was fabulous. This is a 'must do' experience during a stay. We ate at many local warungs and restos and were impressed each night - we dined at Spice Beach Club, Warung Apple, Starlight, Kakatua, Bintang Bali and Seabreeze. We also visited the Buda Bakery for treats for the children. Overall our stay was wonderful and we were sad to leave our little piece of heaven. Terimah Kasi to all of the staff and to Ton and Maddy who from our very first enquiries were amazingly helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent and the information provided was extensive and very much appreciated. A well deserved 5 stars.

When we spend our holidays in Bali in 2005 ,we came in contact with a real estate developer from Holland.
Within a couple of weeks we decided to buy a plot at the northcoast of Bali and 8 month later we were the proud owners of Rumah Buka. No regret untill today!

Why they chose this property

Due to the experience of staying at the northcoast of Bali during our holidays in 2006, we found out that the location of our plot was an excellent one.
The north of Bali is still authentic,far away from the crowded south. Our plot is located just 5 km west of Lovina Beach, a small scale holiday village directly at the Bali Sea.
It can be reached by 'bemo' public transport and there is still tranquillity and quietness in this area. A splendid place to relax and enjoy the Balinese culture and beautifull nature.

What makes this property unique

Every day you can enjoy the the murmur of the sea, the song of the birds, the view over the Bali Sea, enjoying the sun or rest in the Bale Benong,sitting in the shade, with a cool seabreeze reading a book or whatever you like to do, while the staff is taking care of you.
